Has anyone heard that show "Bridging the Gap" on wtprn.com? very interesting perspective they bring.

Michael David Beiter Jr., with a co-host William Ligiu Ionescu, (always lettered using upper-casing and lower-casing, of course) will show how to quickly make your opponent's silences become billable at the same time ("magically," it may seem, where opponents vanish, stuttering, embarrassed) as your opponent's silences are documented and billed: harmful rather than harmless silences, and without objection or dispute ever expressed from the harmful opponent). After all, if your opponent has the law on their side, why is a single silence needed, a single waiver needed, or re-wordings of your writings? That knowledge alone lets you have fun, rather than automatically accepting an either-or scenario -- a writing is a commitment (offer) from a neighbor, and nothing more, especially when offering acceptance!
