CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- As if getting a DUI wasn’t enough, a man arrested for driving under the influence got in a lot more trouble at the police station.

Police stopped Jose Cruz on Route 60 in South Charleston Monday night for driving with his headlights off.

Then, he failed sobriety tests and was arrested.

When police were trying to get fingerprints, police say Cruz moved closer to the officer and passed gas on him. The investigating officer remarked in the criminal complaint that the odor was very strong.

Cruz is now charged with battery on a police officer, as well as DUI and obstruction. (1 image)

You know it could get worse. If his underpants get a lawyer, he could get the chair. ;)

Why didn't they charge him with indecent exposure?

"Gassers" have rights too, you know. POWER TO THE FLATULENT!!!

I don't know if he was 'exposed', but perhaps an emissions test is in order.

LOL.

My parents were horrified when they learned the truth of that song. (Parents had to act that way back then anyway. I think it was a law.) I wasn't even allowed to watch Beanie and Cecil for a while. Flying monkey's, fine, but sea creatures were on probation. Of course the escapades of Mr. Wizard and Tutor Turtle were never suspect.

Drizzle, drazzle, dradle, drone
Time for this one to come home.

It's hilarious to see the ultra-liberal parents who PAY to take their children to a pedophile's stage-act.
