i'm hearing this from so many different sources of late including two of my friends who have gotten information from 'insiders'. one spoke with a DC insider who told him that bush plans to invoke The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive and that martial law will go into effect on 10/5.

the other friend spoke to a military insider who told him that the NG reserves have already been called up in prep for martial law in 10 days.

then Rick Adams, on RBN, reported this on his show Monday: Martial Law Infrastructure: U.S. Troops on Home Soil -'Consequence Management Response Force'.
