BERLIN (CP) - German prosecutors said Tuesday they have charged white supremacist Ernst Zundel with inciting racial hatred, four months after he was deported from Canada. German authorities accuse Zundel of decades of anti-Semitic activities, including repeated denials of the Holocaust - a crime in Germany - in documents and on the Internet. Zundel is "known internationally as a leader of the right-wing scene," prosecutors in the southwestern city of Mannheim said Tuesday in a statement listing 14 examples of alleged incitement. It was unclear when he might face a trial, which Jewish leaders hope will spread awareness of the Holocaust. Zundel was arrested in March on his arrival in Germany after a long legal battle, and remains in jail. He had been detained in Toronto since 2003 under anti-terrorism laws and deported after a Canadian judge ruled his activities a threat to national and international security. The Canadian Jewish Congress said it was glad to hear Zundel had been charged, but said justice will not be served fully until he is convicted. "Certainly we're very pleased that German prosecutors have charged Mr. Zundel," spokesman Len Rudner said from Toronto. "But it's a successful prosecution that will go a long way to completely discrediting Ernst Zundel." Born in Germany in 1939, Zundel emigrated to Canada in 1958 and lived in Toronto and Montreal until 2001. Canadian officials rejected his attempts to obtain citizenship in 1966 and 1994. He moved to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., until he was deported to Canada in 2003 for alleged immigration violations. While Jewish groups in Canada hailed Zundel's deportation, some civil libertarians argued it was a crime against freedom of speech. "Banning ideas - even foolish ones - is just never healthy," Paul Fromm, the president of the Canadian Association for Freedom of Expression, said Tuesday from Toronto after hearing of Zundel's charges. "It's very disappointing and it's sad to see the German government has learned nothing about democracy." German prosecutors obtained an arrest warrant for Zundel in 2003. Because his Holocaust-denying website was available in Germany, he is considered to have been spreading his message to Germans.

This shows again their complete unawareness of how the average person will react, once they hear and understand what Ernst Zundel's "crimes" are.
They simply cannot think in terms of the individual and how individuals are affected by what they do. They just think in terms of groups- and they do not consider the middle class majority group to be any threat to their group whatsoever. Jews are collectivists and only think about groups. It's important to remember this so you can analyze what is driving them.

When the people who shouted the loudest in support of the regime are finally inconvenient, they'll find their way to a camp too. Where, they'll be confronted by people who they probably put there. What do we see today? Worship of might. Bullies lording it over the weak and the powerless. This is what we have become.
What they did in Tennessee to Mr Zundel was unheard of in the careers of the senior INS agents.
Patriots noticed, but the American people, if they even heard of it, shrugged and looked away. No conscience, no righteous indignation or anger. Can you imagine a Washington or a Revere or a Hale or a Thomas Jefferson railroading a man, a sick man, who barely survived a life threatening illness. They ripped him from the arms of his WIFE and took him to Canada and kept him in solitary confinement and would not even let him see the eidence or charges against him. It is beyond belief.
We have seen also the railroading of Matt Hale. I tell the partiot community that these 2 cases are significant and are portents of the future and to allow these two cases to be left to fall down the memoryhole is something that will come back to haunt all who think they will resist the ultimate totalitarian Soviet style state.

German prosecutors said Tuesday they have charged German-Canadian writer and artist Ernst Zundel with "incitement to racial hatred."
Zundel, who was extradited from Canada earlier this year, is accused of "spreading anti-Semitism and denying the Holocaust," partly in texts distributed via the Internet, prosecutors in the southwestern city of Mannheim stated.
The Canadian Press wire service reports "It was unclear when he might face a trial, which Jewish leaders hope will spread awareness of the Holocaust.... The Canadian Jewish Congress [CJC] said it was glad to hear Zundel had been charged, but said justice will not be served fully until he is convicted."

Kevin Alfred Strom, a spokesman for National Vanguard, a White rights group, disagreed: "Far from 'discrediting' Ernst Zundel, this trial will, more than anything else, discredit the Jewish supremacists who want to restrict free speech and criminalize any criticism of their agenda, and whose 'Holocaust' story is so weak that it cannot stand the light of open debate. It will ensure that Ernst Zundel's name will be remembered centuries from now as a pioneer of free thought and free expression."

YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, I received a call from a Canadian Press reporter seeking my reaction as one of German publisher Ernst Zundel's Canadian supporters to news that the German government had charged him with inciting "hate" for questioning the Hollywood version of World War II.
I told the reporter that I thought the charges marked a sad day in German history. One of the results of the Allied victory in WW II was to install a government dedicated to democracy in Germany. Ernst Zundel has often spoken contemptuously of the German government that he calls "the vassal state" -- as it was installed by the Allies at the end of a war where there was never a peace treaty signed with the defeated German state. "Sixty years later, what sort of democracy do you have where people are jailed for speaking out for their political views?"
I suggested that Germany, a proud and cultured nation, was acting like some mediaeval backwater where thinkers, like Galileo who questioned the accepted wisdom (superstition) of the day, were tortured or jailed. "It's demeaning," I said.
The unseemly delay -- in charging Mr. Zundel and either releasing him or bringing his case to a speedy conclusion -- seems part and parcel of the judicial abuse to which he's been subjected in Canada and the U.S. as well. Germany wanted the Revisionist publisher extradited on an outstanding warrant. That meant they had charges prepared. Yet, he was held in "investigative detention" and incarceration for over four months -- March 2 to July 19, while the system toyed with him.
The reporter, somewhat oddly, asked me what I thought the Canadian government should do in Mr. Zundel's case. "Frankly, they'll do nothing," I replied. "He's a German citizen. They'll see his case as a German matter," I added.
"Besides, they've already done their worst. By deporting him as a 'terrorist' and 'threat to national security,' the Canadian government has demeaned the term and shown how confused and lost it is. At a time when human flesh and bones are splattered over the walls of London subway stations by real terrorists, the Canadian government labels a lifelong pacifist with controversial ideas a 'terrorist.' But perhaps that is not so surprising, when this is the same government about to change the definition of marriage from a man and a woman, which has served our civilization for nearly 3,000 years, to now include Bruce buggering Barry on a permanent basis."

What our fellow readers may not quite grasp is that this is a tribal war and those with a cohesive group strategy, to paraphrase MacDonald, outperform, the individualists of the European-American who is on the way to dodo-hood.

My best guess is that Zundel must be on to something, hence the prison term. What's next, jail for doubting Oswald acted alone? The Gulf of Tonkin was a fraud to snare us in Viet Nam? 9-11 was on the level?

That is the key to understanding what drives them and why they are so successful. Judaism is collectivist. Communism is collectivist. Furthering their group's power with no regard for Americans as individuals is their moral imperative. The way we perceive the role of the individual is completely foreign to them. This is important. Just as foreign as their group=centric ideology is foreign to us. But they know about this major difference in ideology- while Americans are unaware and purposely kept in the dark about it. The ideologies are incompatible, thus the conflict we see in the US today. There can be only 1! American Jews have always supported collectivism in the US and fought against the system we had, that was geared towards the individual. This is because they function well within a system of groups that vie for power and rights. They are the most powerful group on the planet. Having practiced Collectivism for millenia allows them to dominate in such a system. Although only 4% of the population in the US is Jewish, they can wield tremendous power as if the majority- more than the group actually making up the majority. There is a constant campaign, a warlike state, maintained against individuals in the majority to complement the drive for group power. This combo has resulted in the majority in the US being disenfranchised by Jews as a group. Groups like the ADL have 2 functions- increase collective Jewish power, decrease the individual in the majority's power. The goal is to control the US system for their own benefit.

What real national security concern was there? Did they really think Peter Lindsay would go berserk in the airport lounge and start beating passengers senseless with his briefcase? No, “security” had nothing to do with it, only the convenience of the human rights abusers who wouldn’t want witnesses or photographs of a political prisoner being loaded on to a plane.

I don't know who the other choices are (I guess Germar would be one), but someone was needed as a "poster boy" in an attempt to frighten away the others and their supporters. It's also a show of power & influence with broader connotations. Which is not to say I disagree with JT's ideas, but, another reason is really not necessary, IMO. I'm still waiting for the case against a latino, lesbian, antisemite, holocaust denier. What will they do with her? There is no lobby to protect Zundel.

Actually they did make him a poster boy afa peaking my curiosity. If someone can be jailed for having an opinion that runs against conventional wisdom, the powers that jailed him are afraid. I'm about to read anything Zundel ever penned. He hit someone on the toe with what might be the truth. I simply don’t know.

Peace, Justice, And Honesty -- Editorial And justice? How many stories on TV have you heard about Ernst Zundel, who talks frequently about peace, justice, and honesty, but for the past 14 months has been held in solitary confinement in a Canadian jail without any charges ever being filed. He is not even allowed to see the evidence against him. Yet he tells a very compelling story that everybody should listen to. Shouldn't somebody be writing a story about justice for Ernst?

Yes. The govt keeps no independent stats on the # of Jews in the US. The number is certainly larger than that put out by Jewish groups. Those groups will put out #'s that benefit their group, not honest numbers. That's a given.

If what I posted gave you an insight, explore the matter further. It is impossible to understand what Jews as a group are doing without understanding the nature of Judaism, Communism and their group. I completely understand now- and am shocked by what I see. They push an ideology constantly that is foreign to us. Based on groups and not individuals. No conspiracy is needed. Just almost universal adherence to the ideology amongst members. Study it and you will understand what is really happening with them- for the first time in your life.
