hmmmm..i've been saying all along that this wasn't going anywhere since it's been an issue in question from the beginning of obama's candidacy. more than likely, nothing will though. it's getting crunch time since the election is only 4 wks away. i know there has been much speculation on the net that this is a plan by the PTB to unseat obama and replace him with guess who.

Ron Paul has stated he is a Republican and will stay a Republican so I guess he would have to turn it down if the Democrat party offered it to him. Why he wants to stay a Republican is beyond me.
