Police will begin conducting random searches of packages and backpacks carried by people entering city subways, Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced Thursday after a new series of bomb attacks in London. They'll have headlines claiming Homeland Security cleverly found and saved NYC from al-Qaeda; all thanks to the bag checking. But, one will slip through, because random is not enough. So, they will need to check all the bags, houses, taxis, cars, businesses & malls to prevent future attacks.
I'll bet he just couldn't wait to do that!! They'll probably be checking for contraband cigarettes too.
