Not necessarily - at least not right away - next day maybe some puffiness as blood is circulated in at higher volume to repair the injury. I saw a guy I knew who had one so bad it broke blood vessels in his eyes making them look like something out of horror movie, but only just a little puffiness.
I'll be blunt here....the BS meter is bouncing red ....sort of like Jews who paint swastika on synagogues
