Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he is immediately appealing the dismissal of his case to the United States Supreme Court. Poster Comment: Berg is also promising to release the tape of Sarah Obama saying her grandson Barack was born in Kenya as soon as the translation is certified. I guess he is going directly to the Supreme Court because as a lawyer he knows he has a better chance with the Supreme Court than with the Court of Appeals. If I were him, I would drop the radio tape bomb at a oress conference on the steps of the Supreme Court just before filing my appeal.
