Excerpt:

Phil Berg's lawsuit to force production of Barack Hussein Obama's birth certificate is not a political game, it's a constitutional issue. The most cogent narrative, including excerpts from Judge Surrick's decision is found here. To say millions of us are outraged is putting it mildly. Enraged is more appropriate. If one reads the dishonorable Surrick's words, it becomes apparent this judge, if he is the one who actually wrote the decision, thinks we the people are too stupid to understand his outrageous remarks:

"…regardless of questions of causation, the grievance remains too generalized to establish the existence of an injury in fact. To reiterate: a candidate's ineligibility under the Natural Born Citizen Clause does not result in an injury in fact to voters. By extension, the theoretical constitutional harm experienced by voters does not change as the candidacy of an allegedly ineligible candidate progresses from the primaries to the general election."

According to this bench warmer, a candidates INELIGIBILITY to run for office doesn't present an injury to voters! We just accept fraud as eligibility! "Theoretical constitutional harm" experienced by we the people doesn't change as the fraud passes from one phase of the election cycle to another! Surrick is lost in purple haze. Typical of these weenie federal judges, when they can't find the guts to do the right thing, they take the cheap way out and try to pass the buck to the other incompetents, Congress:

"So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that's completely up to Congress to decide.

"If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution's eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff. Until that time, voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint."

In other words, we the people are supposed to sit back and allow a candidate who doesn't meet constitutional requirements for eligibility go ahead, run, get elected via massive vote fraud and hope that down the line Congress might decide to pass some law giving we the people some say in OUR government and election process? Surrick's words must have given Arnold Schwarzenegger a nocturnal emission.

Devvy, baby, our Constitution hasn't meant squat for more that a hundred years. It's time to think of some new tactics.

Deevy, baby, our Constitution hasn't meant squat for more that a hundred years. It's time to think of some new tactics.

The best solution I can see is fhe break-up of the US. The break-up of the Soviet Union rejuvinated Russia.

The Jews would try to stop it.

Life is a tragedy to those who feel, and a comedy to those who think.

It's time to think of some new tactics.

Ya know how the guy in "V" for Vendetta liked to leave a rose behind ... we should employ a similar "tactic" and leave a copy of the CONstitution.

Don't sweat it. The judge was just scared to rule on this. He is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. The Supreme Court will decide this.

God is always good!

The Judge's words are unbelievably insulting both to the Constitution and to the US electorate.

Impeachment proceedings might be in order or at the very least mental competency testing should be considered.

Very inspiring.

I'm surprised they allowed it to see the light of day.

The Liberty Dollars didn't fare so well.

BTW, nice road win on your way to the BCS. Funny watching the starting QB on the sideline during the final drive or two. ;-)

Clark had a mild concussion, but the kid Devlin looked real poised when he came in. I was concerned Joe would roll up the O and play Big 10 football, and that's just what he did. Thank goodness it worked. Three more Ws and we're in Miami on 1/8/09 against TX (I assume). Getting the sunscreen ready :P

I doubt Texass gets through the B12+CG without losing.

I do believe the B12 is the strongest/deepest conference in CFB this year, but will hose themselves / get hosed by the Coastal media.

IMO, the Pac-10 and B10+1 should be ineligible for the BCS title game until they man up and play a Conference CG.

Or else every other Major Conference needs to reformat to reclaim what's lost in the CG concept.

I'm with you on the conference title game issue. In fact I think it kills the B- 11. Our last game is 11/22 so we won't play again until, the 8th, assuming all goes well. The long layoff is a killer, and partially explains why tOSU has laid eggs the past few years (altho we have won our last 3).

How is Nebraska doing?

They're rebuilding. They had TTech beat in Lubbock 3 games ago and choked in OT.

New QB next year, too. Either Frosh or RSFrosh will likely be the starter. 1 more year and the Corn should be challenging for the Division and maybe the Championship the way I see it.

I wonder if there will even be CFB in 2 years.

Next up a trip to Norman Saturday. Should be fun.

No harm ! This entire process is a real pain in the ass, so much so, that a dictatorship is almost preferable.

Then, to add the "there ain't no rules clause", screw the Constitution, and the implied "fuck you" peasants rulings of the courts all serves to injure even a non-voter ... like me.

I want to fucking scream sometimes, but I, like most others have learned to be patiently docile. This country has so degraded itself over the last 8 years that it isn't recognizable. It's little wonder that the unlearned general public would accept the Kenyan marxist if he would simply promise to lighten up on the war mongering, retirement stealing, and bankrupting of the country.

I'd liken the last 8 years under the Bush cabal to water-boarding torture that leads to the victim confessing to everything. Americans have been Bush-boarded into accepting anyone promising a change or allowing us to catch our breath in between water flooding our orifices and lungs.

I also think this scenario was planned to drive the mobocracy to violate the basic fundamentals or principles like the natural citizenship clause with expectations of further violating them in the future as necessary to the fascist agenda. (Tagging these afflictions as fascist/communist/socialist etc., is pointless, as they are all tyranny and despotism that allows a ruling elite to rob, incarcerate and even kill the populace in furtherance of their control and profit agenda.]

The stakes are being elevated daily and the consequences will also increase proportionately. This judge seems to think that after 200 plus years this particular clause is "vague" or "attenuated", like the 2nd Amendment, or fuck it ... all of the Amendments ... even the entire CONstitution should be shit- canned. That CONgress needs to legislate a clearer understanding of the citizenship requirement when any 5th grader can understand it clearly demonstrates that the law as it stands either ignores the CONstitution's simple directive or the judge is a toady that gets his opinions written by Alan Greenscum.

This judicial worm is sworn to defend the CONstitution not destroy it.

I don't know how others might feel as regards injury associated with the violation of the citizenship clause, or this ruling. I might not claim any injury if we hadn't already witnessed so many mealy mouthed contradictions and usurpments of the fundamental laws as I was taught them in my youth. To think that a fundamental law such as the citizenship clause should need a judicial geek to interpret it in the first place is ludicrous. 300 million morons incapable of understanding their own language need some black robed sissy to convince them they are too stupid to properly comprehend it ???

Well, here's the bottom line. If we're unable to convince the PTB to adhere to the document that gave life to the system they swear to defend, then let's agree that its dead. No CONstitution, no government. All that needs to be done at this point is remove the assholes killing our kids and millions of innocent people around the world.
