As halloween approaches it is time to think about a costume. Recenltly I saw a hanging woman on a newssite. It was supposed to be Sarah Palin. Ok it is halloween so I suppose that is fair. But that got me thinking about costumes. I was thinking maybe an Obama mask with a noose around the neck. Any ideas on how to get the rope to stick up in the air instead of hanging down?
