The local paper has Baldwin listed under the independent/green party ticket here in Virginia. When I called to tell them they had made a mistake, the writer told me he was looking at a ballot and that Baldwin is in fact listed as noted. Talk about deception...this is crazy. I've called the VA election commission to tell them they've listed Baldwin incorrectly and I've received no response...little good it will do at this point...the ballots have already been printed and gone out. I've called the Baldwin campaign to let them know and all I get is a recording...

Independent Green Party of Virginia Puts Baldwin on Ballot September 8th, 2008

On September 8, the Independent Green Party of Virginia submitted its final paperwork, on who its presidential and vice-presidential candidates are. The party chose Chuck Baldwin and Darrell Castle.

The ballot is correct.

Baldwin is THE most deserving candidate running for POTUS.

Americans that will not cave into the National Party / cabal should vote for him.

I agree 100% but he is running under the constitutional party, not the green party.
