Ruling Set For Obama “Natural Born” Ohio Suit

An Ohio judge is set to rule Friday if a lawsuit disputing the “natural born” status of US Presidential candidate Barack Obama is valid.

The suit, filed by political blogger David M. Neal, is one of eight lawsuits similar to one filed by Philadelphia attorney Philip J. Berg last August. That suit was dissmissed after some questionable legal procedures regarding time frames. Berg is preparing for an appeal to the Supreme Court.

Barack Obama’s “Fight The Smears” website has confirmed that Obama was a Kenyan citizen until 1982. Hawaii governor Linda Lingle sealed access to Obama’s birth certificate Monday. Obama has not yet requested access to it.

I think I'm able to be objective about this birth certificate issue since I don't vote and I don't like either candidate. I think both of the parties are worse than self-centered monopolists that want to own everything including your ass, want to control everything including your thoughts, and ultimately want you to bow to their authority and possess your very soul.

That being said, all Presidents of the U.S. are required to be natural born U.S. citizens. If the requirement exists under a CONstitutional government and if we still have a CONstitutional government (which we don't) then Obama would have to produce proof that he qualifies for the office.

His immediate resort to litigation demonstrates his arrogance and disrespect for the people of the U.S. Any person that would expect the support of a nation while at the same time sneaking into that position by circumventing the longstanding qualifications for the office isn't worthy of the necessary support or the office itself.

I have viewed the U.S. Government as an enemy to myself and my family for a very long time because both parties have trampled the basic rights of Americans, used the population to foment wars that benefit the elites, serve no one but themselves and special interests and act in ways that would violate my concscience should I participate or comply with their deeds.

I may be one of those people that sees things in black and white. Things are either good or bad. Killing children seems to me the most evil thing that mankind can accomplish unless you consider manipulating an entire nation to finance wars and volunteer their offspring to kill and be killed. I will not be a part of it, ever, period.
