Title: Two Choices? Or Just One Choice: "More of the Same!"

On Tuesday Americans, coupled with increasing numbers of felons, illegals, and others not Constitutionally allowed to vote, go to the polls to select from one of two candidates, right? We are confronted with two choices, right? At least that's what they tell us in the media and drive down our throats.

But you know, I find it odd. As I look over the sample ballots I find more than just Obama/Biden and McCain/Palin on the ballots. Odd since we apparently only have a choice between the two. So why is that?

I see Baldwin/Castle, Barr/Root, Ralph Nader, Cynthia McKinney, and even some more. Granted, some of the others are somewhat obscure or even low-brow figures, at least one of whom also does not appear to even be a citizen of our nation, a Constitutional requirement to run for president of this nation, and just like Barrack Obama. That aside, there are other "choices" if a choice is really left open for people to choose from amongst three or more options.

So why don't any of these candidates have a chance? Were they included in the debates? No, ... why not? Were they given free air time on radio and TV talk shows? No, not really, ... why not?

With all of the disenchantment for the two candidates and their running mates currently floating about, from constituents of both parties, from talk radio, from TV on both "sides," from Americans everywhere. They are griping up the storm of the century on Bush, both candidates, Congress, etc. One would think that a real choice besides "more of the same" would be welcomed with open arms. And there is absolutely no reason to doubt that they wouldn't be. So why aren't any of the other "choices" being given the "free" promotion that two of the biggest loser candidates ever are?

What if, just what if, Rush Limbaugh amidst all of his phony disenchantment while blathering about conservatism yet while trivializing the entire process by playing games, along with Sean Hannity, fellow conservative sellout, and the slew of other bloviating so-called conservative talk-show hosts, began to simultaneously support another candidate, any candidate?

How about on the left side of the media? What if CNN, it's "overseers," all the liberal rag papers around the nation, all the liberal comedians, etc., all simultaneously came out and supported another candidate, again, any other candidate? Even if they weren't the same ones?

How would this election turn out?

There clearly is a choice on Tuesday, yet one would think that there isn't. It has been driven into the minds of Americans that no other choices can possibly compete. Yet, the reason why they cannot "compete" is because those saying that refuse to allow it. It's a classic self-fulfilling prophecy. So who is driving all of that? Why haven't any major networks come out and endorsed a candidate more in line with their stated lip-serviced philosophies? I mean it is almost as if they truly do not believe the rhetoric that they spout given the circumstances and it certainly makes one wonder if they actually do since many of the fruits of their beliefs and actions develop counter to them.

After all, the same people then turn around and tell us that anyone in America can become president, right? Other than for the obvious folly of such a statement, why don't they then support that notion with the insistence that someone other than the candidates currently running on the Democratic and GOP platforms can also win it then? Obviously they truly do not believe that. Again, why not?

How come the nation's largest newspapers, all owned by the same one or few interests, coagulate on the support for one candidate? Why do the so-called conservative talk show hosts on radio and TV support candidates that are infinitely better matched to the lip service that they spew forth!

Is there an objective and intellectually honest person still out there that doesn't see that one must be a conspiracy theorist to not believe that "something" is going on out there that funnels the "free decisions" of Americans down a certain path!

On Tuesday you do have a choice, many in fact! Will you sell your soul for some false hope in a supposed "lesser" of two evils? If you support oppression and Marxism, then by all means, vote for Obama. If you support the continued infiltration of our nation with illegals from Mexico, Central and Latin America and who knows elsewhere, then vote for either Obama or McCain. If you support higher taxes and bigger government, then again, vote for either, because either will bring that to you! If you support a prolonged war in Iraq, vote for either. Obama used to stand for ending the war and bringing our boys home, but no longer. If you support the U.S. selling out to Global Warming intitiatives that will bring new taxes to Americans, again, vote for either because either will deliver that to you! If you support the continued selling out of America, both physically via property ownership, both public and private, as well as ideologically as efforts to continue the flushing of our Constitution down the commode will commence post haste with either candidate, then support either!

If on the other hand you do not support those other things or simply want to make a statement expressing your disgust as millions of Americans will on Tuesday, then join those ranks by voting for one of the other candidates of your choice. Who knows, perhaps with a decent show of force across the board, this defunct electoral process can take the first step towards shattering a corrupt paradigm! Perhaps that would be the biggest victory for Americans this coming Tuesday!

If people would think for themselves and not be told whom to vote for on Tuesday, if they actually researched their own candidates and spent a fraction as much time on that as they do watching Survivor, American Idol, MTV, Desperate Housewives, or endless hours of agendized news, then perhaps America wouldn't be in the predicament that it is in! Who owns you ideologically? Fox News, CNN, Ted Turner, the DNC, the GOP, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., ...

Or do you truly think and reason for yourself?

Americans say that they are fed up, yet on Tuesday, one way or another, those same Americans will go to the polls asking, begging, for "MORE OF THE SAME!"

Perhaps the slogan for the "get out the vote" campaign ought to be "More of the Same '08!"

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. —Thomas Jefferson, 1802

In TX, we have R, D, and L on our ballots. And I don't know if the magic boxes allow a write-in vote.

Anyone except a third party candidate or an ideological opponent of the welfare- warfare state. Otherwise, it's true that almost any idiot from any background can rise to the top, as long as he toes the party line and makes friends with the right people.
