Obama is very much an amalgam of Lenin, Marx, and Stalin. He friggin' believes industries will flourish or be destroyed based on his whim. Obama so full of himself that he's really becoming too obnoxious to listen to.

Barrack Hussein Soetoro Che Obama Mugabe Odinga el Diablo is *THE* biggest MOTHER F**KER ever selected by the illegal shadow government / cabal.

Only a loser AS LARGE AS BARRY HUSSEIN O could make another Traitor like Juan mcCain look 'votable' to the fear filled rubes.

Now that's saying something.

Its not just Obama. Its his supporters too.

Those of us who cherish freedom and liberty are getting really tired of having this crap shoved down our throats.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. —Thomas Jefferson, 1802

You are going to get cap and trade with McCain as well. I'm part of an international climate forum, mostly scientists, and I can tell you that the global elites are pushing hard right now for cap and trade. They want this bad and they see global temperatures cooling and the window of opportunity closing.

So let's look at the big picture for a minute. How does this election play into their game? You've all seen my posts about how I think Obama will take popular vote while McCain takes Electoral College. And I know some of you think I'm nuts, maybe I am. I believe the resulting civil unrest will give them cover to slip a lot of this stuff under the radar just like when they put carbon crap in the banking bailout. They'll use it like 9/11 to get a bunch of this stuff passed. The big push is for cap and trade and things like the NAU. Time is short. Look for things to happen fast after the election.

And yes, scary to think he makes traitor McCain look electable. But damn he knows how to blow up a carrier flight deck and can run like the devil for a short guy. That must mean something, right? LOL

True, and that is a risk, but if you have to pick the lesser of two weevils, I think McCain can be swayed while Obama appears to believe his own BS.

Looking at the Amnesty debacle, McCain's comment in private was that if the people wanted the damn border secured, he'd do it and THEN do the Amnesty.

Okay, so we have an example. Going forward, if that MO holds true, then McCain can be backed off into a "this first" type of situation which would outlast his tenure in office.

Just thinking out loud here about how to sabotage politicians....it could fail, but if we're stuck in the "one or the other" situation again, I still think McCain can be backed off easier than Obama.

37. To: beowolf (#29) You've hit upon a key factor. It's well known that extremists that can't cut it elsewhere will gravitate to any site that will allow them on board. Moveon.org has already made it clear they intend to send out their minions to conservative leaning sites, pose as conservatives, and blame Bush for everything. Intending to foment bitter infighting and hopefully cause enough discord to distract everyone from the facts and the real issues.

Given the size of reknown of thise site, one would need to be blind to think this is not a prime target. The posting that goes on here shows it is. The ratio of negative to positive news is off the map. A newbie accessing this forum need only look at the sidebar to presume it's an anti-American site.

You can see the precise mindset on this site:

Coal addressed from 25:15 to 29:00

- - - - -

[Youtube extract in bold]

Q. Senator, you introduced a bill promoting coal production for fuels and then you said you'd only support them if they emitted fewer greenhouse gases than gasoline. Now, all the scientific evidence points to coal being dirtier than pretty much anything else. So how are you going to square your support for coal with the need to fight global warming?

OBAMA:

I've already done it. You know, I voted against the Clear Skies Bill. In fact I was the deciding vote. Despite the fact that I'm a coal state, and that half of my state thought I'd thoroughly betrayed them because I think clean air is critical and global warming is critical. But this notion of no coal I think is an illusion because the fact of the matter is that right now we are getting a lot of our energy from coal and China is building a coal powered plant once a week. So what we've got to do then is figure out how we can use coal without emitting greenhouse gases and carbon. And how can we sequester that carbon and capture it. If we can't, then we're gonna still be working on alternatives, but...

QUESTIONER: Alternatives including coal, or alternatives...

OBAMA: Let me sort of describe my overall policy. What I've said is that we would put a cap and trade system in place that is more, that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else's out there. I was the first to call for a 100% auction on the cap and trade system, which means that every unit of carbon or greenhouse gases that was emitted would be charged to the polluter. That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the racheted down caps that are imposed every year. So, if somebody wants to build a coal powered plant they can, it's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted. That will also generate billions of dollars that we can invest in solar, wind, biodiesel, and other alternative energy approaches. The only thing that I've said, with respect to coal, I haven't been a coal booster, what I have said is that for us to take coal off the table as a ideological matter as opposed to saying if technogy allows us to use coal in a clean way, we should pursue it. That I think is the right approach. The same with respect to nuclear. Right now, we don't know how to store nuclear waste wisely, and we don't know how to deal with some of the safety issues that remain, and so it's wildly expensive to pursue nuclear energy. I tell you what, if we could figure out how to store it safely, then I think most of us would say that might be a pretty good deal. The point is if we set rigorous standards for the allowable emissions, then we can allow the market to determine and technology and entrepreneurs to pursue what's the best approach to take, as opposed to us saying at the outset, here are the winners that we're picking, and maybe we pick wrong and maybe we pick right.
