To: Rufus T Firefly (#0) This election was precipitated by 2006 election, where conservatives in a snit over the Republicans chose to either not vote, or voted for Dems. The overwhelming win emboldened them to back the MOST liberal person in DC to rush thru the plans they've had as soon as possible. Even now they are laying down the groundwork and drawing up legislation...before the election. The entire "hate Bush" march has caused this. We are watching the nation cut of their nose to spite their face, but all of us will pay for their foolishness. Spite votes have done this. Anyone who spite voted in 2006 bears the responsibility for this. I will never forget their irresponsible action, and I will remind them over and over lest they forget. This all sits on their back. THEY did this by not voting for the best candidate, but voted for SPITE. You cannot have an open and free election blessed by G-d if you heart is filled with hate and spite. It comes back to you as you delivered it...and we see it now unfolding. Spite-Dems-Obama.... Goldi-Lox posted on 2008-11-02 22:48:32 ET Reply Trace 15. To: thoughtomator (#6) The only positive thing I can think of about an Obama win is that the stake will be put through the heart of the living-dead faux-conservative fascism that the GOP has come to represent. fool It's exactly that kind of thinking that has brought this disaster down on us. The GOP will be destroyed, along with The DEMS and the Constitution too. Get ready for the USSA. Goldi-Lox posted on 2008-11-02 22:51:43 ET Reply Trace We have NOTHIHNG. All we had 4 years ago, was the HOUSE. But spite voters in 2006 made sure that the Dems got that too. Now Pelosi rules there. AND WE HAVE NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING!! Goldi-Lox posted on 2008-11-02 22:53:36 ET Reply Trace Declare the GOP dead, form a true second-party opposition party, consisting of constitutionalists and small-government conservatives, and go from there. Day late , dollar short. In 1992, and 1996, I worked with the Perot people to form a 3rd Party. There was a lot of infighting. No one had the country at heart. Everyone wanted to be in power, get power, or control power. It was ugly. Eventually we got the party going. As soon as we did $$$Pat$$$ Buchanan glommed on to it, used the money, and destroyed the party in 2000. He was either a useful idiot, or purposeful traitor to the American people.

The place deserves to melt down. By backing Bush and the establishment, the Goldi's of the nation so diluted the Republican party's message that a POS like McCain became their nominee. Obama is a direct result of the Rs settling for the lesser of evils for decades. They deserve whatever fate has in store for them.
You got that right. If Obama wins, I hope her and the lefty's like her choke on their own bile. Of course, all the while they will be blaming everyone but themselves.
