Today bob Beckel said this...."If Hillary Clinton were on the ticket, the election would have been decided months ago"....

So why the expense of 650 million when victory could have been bought on the cheap?????

To a Cynical person it leads one to believe that to the money people Biden is malleable, Hillary would not be.
