Mr. Obama Not Eligible To Be President!

by Press Release

Is Obama Citizenship a Fraud? Is he a "Natural Born Citizen"?

A prominent Pennsylvania Democrat, Phillip J. Berg, filed a case in Federal Court on August 21st, demanding that Barack Obama produce evidence that he is a natural born citizen of the United States. Only a natural born citizen of the ! United States can serve as President. Sen. Obama could have put the matter to rest by producing a valid birth certificate. Instead, he and his lawyers fought tooth and nail to block access to Obama's birth records.

Here is a video of Philip J. Berg talking about his case:

See "October Surprise Obama Citizenship" NOW!

Since that video was recorded, the Federal Judge assigned to hear Mr. Berg's case, Judge R. Barclay Surrick, a Bill Clinton appointee, ruled that an ordinary citizen of the United States does not have the right to file a case in Federal Court to challenge the credentials of a candidate for President of the United States!

Why would a Federal Judge go to such lengths to protect Obama?

The Republican Majority Campaign is prepared to take legal action to require that Barack Obama produce a valid birth certificate to prove that he is a "natural born citizen" as required by the U.S. Constitution to be President.

Berg has now filed a request for an immediate injunction from the U.S. Supreme Court, to review his case before the election is allowed to take place.

Today's headline on WorldNetDaily is: "Constitutional Crisis Feared over Obama's Qualifications"

Evidence exists to substantiate the claim that Barack Obama is not a "natural born citizen" as required by the U.S. Constitution. His own paternal grandmother claims that she and two of Obama's half brothers were present at his birth in what is now Kenya, in 1961.

Forward this email to everyone!

If elected, Mr. Obama may be the first candidate to win the election and be constitutionally barred from taking office. This would be an electoral disaster of epic proportions. That is just one of many reasons why Barack Obama must be defeated on November 4th. If Barack Obama continues to refuse to produce a valid birth certificate, proving that he is a natural born citizen and he is elected by the voters, then the Republican Majority Campaign will have no choice but to legally challenge the fitness of Barack Obama to serve if elected. RMCPac will aggressively pursue every legal option to challenge the election and disqualify Mr. Obama for perpetrating election fraud.

Courts in Hawaii, a state controlled by liberal Democrats, have denied the public access to Obama's birth records by finding that the American people do not have "a tangible interest" in Obama's birth records. In addition, Barack Obama and his lawyers have stopped the release of his records at Columbia University, Occide! ntal College, and Harvard Law School, all of which should include his birth information.

People hide the truth because it will hurt them. A candidate for President has an obligation to the American people to produce valid proof he or she is a natural born American citizen. This is what the American people want. Instead, we get nothing but stonewalling from Senator Obama and millions of Americans believe he is hiding the truth.

Senator Obama, we demand you produce a valid birth certificate that proves your birth in Hawaii. As a would-be President of the United States, you should provide a certified copy to every journalist who asks about it and to the Courts and plaintiffs in all the lawsuits seeking it. You must make the original available for inspection by any expert or news agency. Come clean and end the speculaton!

We must not let this issue corrupt, compromise or destroy the Constitution just because Senator Obama and the media want him to win the election.

Why won't Senator Obama produce a valid birth certificate for the court?

Why is the media silent on this issue?

In the absence of valid proof, the only logical explanation is that Barack Obama cannot produce evidence that he is a "natural born citizen" as required by the U.S. Constitution to be President.

The Republican Majority Campaign will pursue this case, after the election if necessary, to legally require that Barack Obama produce a valid birth certificate proving that he is a natural born citizen. RMCPac will aggressively pursue every legal option available to prevent Senator Obama from perpetrating election fraud.

We need your help and donations to get the truth before the American people before election day. Send this email to everyone you know and have this video viewed.

Do not buy the lies, DO NOT STAND BY and watch as your freedoms are taken away!

There are day's to go and we need every donation to continue to get out the message and get out the vote.

We have sent emails and made phone calls to millions of voters throughout the United States and we need your help NOW to keep up this effort until the polls close on Tuesday night.

We can't do that without YOUR help -- TIME IS RUNNING OUT to get the truth out there NOW!

We have spread the word from coast to coast about Sen. Obama's radical ties to terrorists like William Ayers, a man who participated in bombings of the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon and other government buildings. We have exposed his radical socialist agenda and his dangerous views on dealing with our enemies.

The major media have already decided who their candidate is! MSNBC host Chris Matthews says Barack Obama makes a "thrill" go up his leg when he hears him speak and the old-line mainstream media is savagely biased against Senator John McCain and Governor Palin.

Bush and Cheney are from the same state, they have been serving in their offices for almost eight years. This is in direct violation of the Constitution that does not allow this, the electoral voted from Texas Constitutionally do not count.

Where were you on this controversy? I remember getting angry and making a stink about it, it went nowhere. Primarily because the two played residence shell games.

You are wasting your time. This is in the same category as the violation of the Constitution by Bush and Cheney, with only one difference; at least for me.

I am convinced Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Look at the link above and look at how your indignation is scarcely a new phenomenon.

If I could vote, I'd vote for Ron Paul. He's the closest to being a representative of the people. Everyone else (except maybe what I understand about some like Chuck Baldwin or Dennis Kucinich) seems to be representing the elite. But I don't think voting would really make a difference, I believe the outcome has already been determined by.... 'them'.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. —Thomas Jefferson, 1802

I stumbled on this gem accidentally, but thank god I did. Given your mental instability, this statement can't be blown off simple bull shit. It clearly shows signs of grandiosity, which is often experienced by those in a manic episode; it can also be a symptom of narcissistic conditions, such as narcissistic personality disorder.

Why were Bush and Cheney not disqualified for stealing the election even but for the basis they violated the U.S. Constitution by being a ticket of alleged male humans on the same ticket?

Why are you concerned about the Democrat and not the Republicans?

In any event, I support Barack Obama for POTUS and I take the man at his word about where he was born, and no evidence to the contrary will surface, as there is no evidence to support the fictional supposition he is not native born.

Calm down Perry Mason. Why are you so hysterical?

I made a commitment to work for the Obama campaign, and tomorrow after I do the roadway picket sign reminder gig in a high traffic point to prompt people of all voting persuasions to get their ballots in, I'll be free to talk a wee bit more when all work commitments are done in regards to this election.

On a personal level, it is wrong to commit to doing work for someone and then work to destroy their dreams, work and aspirations.

You are just stuck with me obeying my sense of propriety.

I don't care if you don't like my opinion on this either. That would fall under the auspices of it being your own personal problem. With all due respect, mind you.
