Not necessarily. If there was even a hint that Obama would be anti-Israel in policy, the media would have had a nonstop smearfest against him rather than a two year love affair.
Notice I say in policy, because his personal beliefs don't matter when you're owned by lobbyists. It's quite likely that personally, BHO is pro-Arab and anti- Jew. Richard Nixon and Billy Graham were anti-Jewish too, but they still backed Israel 100% in the Yom Kippur War.
