We know where Bill Clinton is, but what in the world happened to the other players from the former president’s Monica Lewinsky scandal? Well, Ms. Monica went to study in London and hasn’t been heard from since. Literary agent Lucianne Goldberg, who helped break the story, has remained quiet for Lucianne Goldberg, and we’ve heard nary a peep from Linda Tripp. That is, however, until wOw tracked her down to the Christmas Sleigh store which she owns in Middleburg, VA, with her husband.

With more than 1,300 products, the C. Sleigh, according to their website, specializes in handmade or handcrafted European wares. From mouth-blown and hand-painted ornaments, to handmade collector’s dolls, to nutcrackers, smokermen, hand-carved nativities, paintings and the most incredible selection of authentic and beautifully made Austrian "Trachten" clothing available in this country – the store seems to have it all. Walking into Linda Tripp’s shop is a walk back in time!

Speaking of which, back in time it was Linda Tripp who famously taped her then-“friend” Monica Lewinsky relaying her titillating adventures with the president. Interested in hearing what Tripp had to say of the recent election (yes, she’s a week late in returning our e-mail), Tripp relayed the following thoughts: "I am so very proud that as a nation we might finally be getting it right. I believe Sen. McCain is an American hero and a deeply honorable public servant, something one seldom sees in Washington. I also believe he could have been a strong president. That said, I believe President-elect Obama possesses an instantly recognizable purity of soul that, coupled with his brilliance, and, of course, his eloquence, brought quite unimaginable and long-awaited magic to the country, transforming red and blue states, quite literally, into ‘The Color Purple.’ I believe the entire country will stand behind him."

Thank you, Linda! Now we’ll wait for our nice Christmas tree bulb. Red or green is fine.

This nation has lost its' collective soul. I weep for America.

'The Color Purple.’

Wasn't that Spielberg's ode to slavery? Starring admitted communists Whoopi Goldberg and Danny Glover, and the lovely all-knowing Oprah; which had Amerika enraptured and self-flagellating.

Yeah, you believe wrong. Ain't gonna happen.

I do believe that's entirely correct.

Very well-stated...I hate to admit I attended that movie, and was so sure it (the slavery)was all my peoples' fault, but I beg that I was much younger and a total idiot.

No need to apologize to me CD. I voted a couple times and have enough guilt for things I actually did.

None in my family wore powdered wigs, flicked their hankies, had servants, adored the foxtrot or had time to fuss about folding fans, paddle fans, or an improperly tuned piano. Though one I'm told, allegedly signed the Declaration of Independence, but no wig was ever recovered. ;)

Seems all the history some people know is what has been fed to them on the tube and exaggerated by myth.

I never have called the ones before her "first lady" and I don't believe I will start with a racist like her.

Yes, we really do exist in a parallel universe. I can't believe how this has been acomplished so smoothly. My family members have called me kooky until just recently since the monetary disaster is becoming reality, and they wonder how I had knowledge of this. I am praying my mom's pension doesn't fall apart.

She obviously hates this country. I watched her and Barry being photo-opted the other day with the Bushes, and she had such a sour look on her face, until the camera was clicked, then she got a fake smile.

Same here. Years in the planning, but still, hello people...

My family members have called me kooky until just recently since the monetary disaster is becoming reality, and they wonder how I had knowledge of this.

Well at least you've been vindicated! I feel for the people that have been telling us this was coming for years on end. They have a big old plate of I TOLD YOU SO just piled high.

I am praying my mom's pension doesn't fall apart.

Just read an article that the Dems are considering confiscating 401K's and IRA's.

Hope one and all survive the pillaging.

My mom's pension is from the Texas Teachers Retirement Fund, which Dubya gave power over to one of his cronies while governor of Texas, so I don't have much faith, but she does. We shall see, but I have a bad feeling about the outcome, since the fund has been invested in some of the most problematic funds.

Geez, can you contact some other financial advisors to explore options?

Even the MSM money dudes are calling the market a casino.

Anyway, asking a few questions couldn't hurt. Maybe a friend who is a CPA can advise a direction. Course if mom wants to 'stay the course', someone will have to pick up the pieces anyway.

My mom loves the University of Texas where she worked for many years, and doesn't think they'd ever harm her. In fact, when she was writing her will, she wanted to leave any wealth to them since they've been so great to her. She's a really nice lady, but very ignorant. I just can't be always negative when dealing with her; it doesn't accomplish anything except making us disagree. She won't live long enough to see the horrible result of the bankers' plan. I don't think anyway.

Very tough situation you're in. I hope she has a 'plan B' just in case. Unless 'you' are Plan B.
