DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (MyFOX Atlanta) A DeKalb County police officer was behind bars Wednesday night after his own department accused him of committing a crime. Officer Mark Hill was charged with sexual battery and violating his oath of office.
Hill is accused of attacking the sister of a woman he was called to help.
Hill was called to an apartment Tuesday afternoon to take a police report. Trameka Williams said she called police to file a report against her husband.
Williams said when Hill arrived he said he needed to use the bathroom.
"When he went into the bathroom, [he] had door cracked. [My sister] went to try and close it all the way when he snatched her in the bathroom," Williams said.

Williams' sister said the officer told her to be quiet and forced her into the bathroom where he touched her inappropriately.
"He was so bold with what he was doing, it was unbelievable. Never would I have imagined an officer would assault me like that," said Williams' sister.
The sisters said they gave Officer Hill their cell phone numbers for the report and he called them when he left their residence.
The sisters said they went immediately to the police station.
When the victim in this case went to the police department to file her report she said the officer called her on her cell phone while she was talking to his supervisor. The woman said at that point, she put it on speakerphone so the supervisor could hear everything.
"Once the allegations were brought they were taken seriously and an investigation launched," said Mekka Parrish of the DeKalb County Police Department.
The 41-year-old Hill was fired from the department and arrested. Hill was a three-year veteran of the department.
