Years ago, there was an old tale in the Submarine Service about a lieutenant who inspected his sailors and told the COB (Chief of Boat) that they smelled bad. The Lieutenant suggested that they change their underwear. ”Aye, aye sir, I'll see to it immediately”. He went into the crew quarters and said, “The lieutenant thinks you guys smell bad and wants you to change your underwear. Smith, you change with Jones, McCarthy you change with Brown, and Witkowski you change with Minotti. Get to it.” The Moral to The Story: A candidate may promise change in Washington but don't count on things smelling any better. Further, get it in writing, that is...the meaning of the word 'change'..thats so you can pull it out later and see how badly you've been screwed due to your head being up your anal orifice rather than actually listening to and reading what they are saying, not what you want to hear.
