A new video of an activist going undercover into a Planned Parenthood abortion facility reveals a "nurse" ignoring an apparent felony of statutory rape and coaching the "patient" to protect the assailant. The video has been released by http://LiveActionFilms.org, which has worked previously with Lila Rose, a 20-year-old UCLA student who posed as a pregnant 13-year-old in an undercover investigation. Rose's earlier investigation of several other Planned Parenthood facilities, including in Los Angeles, revealed similar results. She also previously released a series of reports when Planned Parenthood officials agreed to accept a donation that would fund the killing of an unborn black baby. The video shows the "patient," accompanied by a friend, going into a Planned Parenthood facility in Bloomington, Ind., to ask about abortion. She meets with a nurse, identified only as "Diana," whose face is blurred to conceal her identity. The video can be viewed here: It also is embedded here:

Prosecute a woman for not reporting someone faking being 13, faking pregnancy, and faking the desire for an abortion? I hate to destroy illusions, but 13 year old pregnancies(even by 31 y/o men) are way too typical in the US. In the 80's, I ran a public health clinic for pregnant adolescents and their babies to age 2. At 16, I sent them on to the adult clinic because I was too busy with the 15 and under crowd. 13 was plenty old then and now. Their families didn't even care they were too young, as it meant more welfare money. I've delivered many a 13 year old and the tragedy is they are too immature to bond emotionally with a baby and this is obvious in the delivery room. I never even thought of reporting 13 year old mothers for being raped. I was too busy worrying about the 9 and 10 year olds!

Went to war. We tied the annexation in the public eye to eminent domain. I searched city files and found the new County United Economic Development Plan adopted just 4 days before the introduction of the annexation embraced Eminent Domain,and that both the new ED plan and the city annexation plan shared the same attorney(Hmmmmm). I advertized this finding in the newspaper, hired an attorney, formed a non-for- profit corporation to fight the annexation and accept donations. The city was on a tight time budget and they began to break the state open door policy laws to force the annexation through before the end of 2008. They began to cut deals as they let a local county councilor out of the annexation if he would vote YEA on an increased local income tax. We caught them. We got a citizens group together who called and wrote the city councilors incessantly. The mayor freaked out at the public meeting and invited everyone to "shut up if you can't say anything nice" and to "get the hell out of town if you're not on board". The mayor is an ex-cop and he just can't help getting mad when the sheeple don't obey. It turned into a PR disaster and the city dropped the plan in September at the formal vote. My hubby and I sent the mayor a Christmas card this week. My attorney sent me the final bill this week as well with a check enclosed as the donations came after the city dropped the plan. They won't touch me again for a while, but you can never get complcent when your government needs money.
Good point! Entrapment stinks from both sides. However, most pregnant 13 year olds have not been raped. These young girls are frequently trying to get pregnant. They can't be rationalized with because their brain is still that of a child. I have tried. 30 years of medicine has left me with a cynics view of American pubescent virginity. I've even delivered babies of at least a handfull of virgins.

Two videos shot at the organization's clinics by an anti-abortion group appear to show workers unconcerned about state law requiring anyone learning of sexual acts between an adult and a child under 14 to report them to police or child welfare authorities. A nursing aide seen in the other video was previously fired. Planned Parenthood said Friday it has enlisted an outside group to help retrain its workers on the legal requirements for reporting abuse. Planned Parenthood of Indiana's president and CEO, Betty Cockrum, also called on the anti-abortion group Live Action to give it copies of all the undercover video it shot at clinics in Bloomington and Indianapolis that showed a young patient claiming she had been impregnated by an older man. "It's right for us to see what our staff said and did," Cockrum said. The steps were announced a day after the Marion County Prosecutor's Office in Indianapolis said it would have a grand jury investigate whether any laws were broken at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Indianapolis. "We took swift action. Both employees were immediately suspended," Cockrum said in a telephone interview Friday. "Both are no longer working for us." Video released by Live Action on Tuesday shows a counselor at the Indianapolis clinic and 20-year-old UCLA student Lila Rose, who was posing as a 13-year-old and says the man who impregnated her was 31. "I don't care how old he is," the counselor says in the video. The Indianapolis counselor, who has not been identified, resigned in the middle of the organization's investigation, Planned Parenthood spokeswoman Kate Shepherd said. The nursing aide fired earlier from the Bloomington clinic made a similar claim in the other video. Both videos were shot in June. Rose said Friday the group was sending both unedited videos from Indiana to authorities, even though they had not yet been contacted. She also has said her group intends to post the unedited video online. "Self-regulation has not worked for Planned Parenthood as they have routinely evaded the very Indiana laws that protect children from sexual abuse," Rose said in a prepared statement. She said Indiana authorities should investigate and hold Planned Parenthood accountable for its "criminal activity." Cockrum denied the two cases indicated Planned Parenthood has a culture of failing to report sexual activity by underage children, as some opponents have alleged. She said her organization conducts audits to turn up abuse cases that haven't been reported. Planned Parenthood reported 123 cases of suspected child abuse to Indiana authorities in 2007, Shepherd said. "I'm very serious when I say it's an imperative here. We take this reporting requirement very seriously," Cockrum said. Planned Parenthood has enlisted Prevent Child Abuse Indiana to help it retrain staff. Sandy Runkle, programs director for the anti-abuse group, said members met with Planned Parenthood on Thursday. Runkle said it was too early to say what form the retraining would take and who would provide it. Planned Parenthood employs a staff of more than 200 at its 35 health clinics across Indiana.
