claimed he had resisted arrest -- even though he was actually in shock. The man's truck has spun out on an interstate after he lost control of his vehicle.
That's what they ALWAYS say knowing they'll never...ever...be required to take a polygraph regarding the false arrest. They don't call police officers testifying on the stand "Testilying" for nothing.
If I'm ever required to serve on a jury, I will automatically and consistently disbelieve anything any policeman says. Period. If other facts support the case, then I'll vote to convict. Otherwise, I'll be forced to acquit. Any and all testimony from any policemen will be utterly null and void as far as I'm concerned. I can only hope I'm not the only one who feels this way. Our police have become a complete and utter disgrace.
