The North Atlantic route as you see there is so busy that it is not unusual to haveother aircraft in sight much of the time.

The North Atlantic is an East bound lane from afternoon til mid evening, then reverses itself after midnite til early morning.

Of course there is always counter traffic but the majority is as above.
