I drink one glass, daily, of a red wine called Pinot Noir, which contains high amounts of resveratrol -- good for the arteries. I eat fish and when I don't I take fish oil, which contains the fatty acids that make up a large part of your brain.
In the summer I get 20 minutes of sunlight a day, for the Vitamin D. In the winter I use cod liver oil, which I will be the first to admit is something you want to take while holding your nose.
I take one tablespoon of collodial minerals a day for the trace minerals.
I walk for exercise.
I don't worry about money. It does no good.
I avoid crowds, which are nothing but stress anyway.
I live in a cave and have lots of peace and quiet. It has more room than the hollow tree I used to live in.
