Could be but there story was a story of an elderly woman returning to her car and finding a bunch of kids in it. Basically went as this clip shows. She discovered she had the wrong car and went to the police station to turn herself in. There she found the 4 kids she carjacked.

Maybe it was onion or something but... I don't think the ad is original.
