Why do these seemingly 'christian' musicians and singers have to act like they're 'of the world'? ITs like they can't make up their mind. And you know, of course, that the Bible says if you were of the world, the world would love you. Is that it?
No response needed. I couldn't watch/listen to it thru.

The theory is to get kids to listen to it that might not otherwise do so. Scanning the channel, they stop on what they think is Rock, and the lyrics sink in subliminally, because many of the lyrics are not obviously Christian. Ex: The groups Skillet and Red, both of whom are quite good actually, especially the ballads. It's also an attempt to keep Christian kids from going to other more lyrically nefarious sources of Rock to keep them on message.
You can disagree with it, but both are valid reasons for this kind of music and the "looks" of those who perform it. Never judge a book by its cover.
Like it or not, we live in "the world" and kids are being lost daily.
BTW Old Friend, you were wrong when you said I was something other than a Christian. I'm just not a Zionist. "Israel" in the Bible is not the State of Israel. Neither are they the "chosen people." And my beliefs in "heaven" and particularly "hell" and who might go there, are perhaps quite different from your interpretions.
