In AmeriKa she would have been tazered or killed and hauled away. This kind of thing has ZERO tolerance in the USA> As a result, I would have to conclude that these two soldiers were excercising discretion, and maybe for an instant, she caused them to open their eyes. But it NEVER would have happened in our Police State. She would have been tackled and hogtied and hauled away like a sack of potatoes.

No question about it. She'd be dead if she interfered in the issuance of a summons, never mind trying to prevent a government murder.
