As far as I am concerned all voices are welcome to be heard. However, that does not require that they be agreed with. Your apologias for mass murder is sad testament to how a religion of peace and tolerance has been intentionally perverted to justifying and supporting ends antithetical to its teachings. As such it serves as a reminder for people that our task is not done. So, you do serve a useful function, if only as a sad example.

I shall not vote for evil, lesser or otherwise. But may be we're not trying hard enough to be convincing.
Whenever you have someone unconcerned by and unconvinced by facts they you are dealing with someone who has a hidden consideration to which they are not giving voice. Sometimes facts are not enough if someone "knows" something to be "true" which is actually false as they will, computing with that false data, come to some really really screwy conclusions. The only way to handle it is to locate the false data and get them replaced with true data.
