You bet he can. Obama is going to change things in a big way. The Dow will go to 5500-6000 this year. Perhaps even lower. Bob Chapman said the Dow could go as low as 3500.
All bets are off as to how low this will go. Were it not for an endless stream of fiat dollars, fresh off the printing presses, we'd already be at 3,500.
The DOW is a fake indicator of the U.S. fundamentals. I have heard many "experts" say that gold should be $2700-$3200 if it wasn't manipulated.
The Electric Jew has reported Black Obama's mother-in-law is moving into the White House/ Perhaps she will become a cultural ico like Ben Franklin. The Electric Jew might feature her on a morning show spewing out words of wisdom to America.

They watched the whole thing in school. I was taking a class but we all took one hour off at 11:30 to watch the whole thing - most impressive.
