I keep getting this thing from Avast that says 'DCOM exploit attack' from 24.108.7.14:135 Does anyone know what this is and how I can stop it?

I don't know but my screen keeps vibrating every once in a while. Then a new window opens up with some stupid popup.

Im running maywarebytes anti malware right now.

I have had much success with this program in the past. Better then spybot or adaware.

DSO exploit is a hole in Microsoft's security that can be exploited, and Network Shield is a sort of lightweight firewall that monitors a couple of known ports to be used by Interent Worms. It displays DCOM Exploit when it picks up worm activity on these ports.
