The Seven “Laws” That MUST Be Jury Nullified in Order to Defeat the Conspiracy by Coral Snake This is the second full article I have written for Freedom4um since I left for a while in an argument over the Jesuits vs. Jews issue as to who is running the Conspiracy to totalitarianize the United States of America and Incorporate it into a North American Union and eventually a world government. As Most of you know I took the Jesuit side of this issue and was pretty much a loaner at it. I eventually left the forum in a belief that at least some of those promoting the Jewish origin for the conspiracy were “Jesuit Temporal Coadjutors”. For most of this time I have been posting to a Forum called The Unhived Mind who shared the Jesuit view of Conspiracy origins that I had. I was eventually banned there when I would not continue my support for a pervert cult leader named Tony Alamo in Arkansas when I found out he was a pervert through information I believe to be reliable. (Tony was receiving The Unhived Mind’s support simply because of his own rabid Anti Catholicism and they refused to look at his darker sexual side.) It has been my policy since the powers that be whoever they are sElected the rabidly anti gun Barack Obama to the Presidency that I really no longer give a flying fig weather it’s the Jews, The Jesuits, The Pope, the 13 Families of the Illuminati or the Professor, Rock Bottom and the Master Cylinder who is behind the Conspiracy. The only important thing now is how to scotch it once and for all. There will be enough time and treason trials to go into its origins LATER. In studying the OPPERATIONS rather than just the ORIGINS of the Conspiracy I have discovered of all the millions of laws they have passed there are JUST SEVEN basic types of laws by which the Conspiracy has gathered all the power it has to sheepleize the nation to the extent it has and thereby gain virtually all of its power period. Such “laws” would come under the following headings. 1. Gun Control Laws. The reason these are unconstitutional is that they violate a Specific right to keep and bear arms written into the Constitution’s Second Amendment. The way they create sheeple is by disarming them and leaving them helpless and dependent on the state like a shepherd for protection. 2. Compulsory Education Laws. These are unconstitutional because compulsory ANYTHING is a form of involuntary servitude under the Constitution’s 13th Amendment. These Create sheeple through “public” schools being more state BRAINWASHING CENTERS rather than actual institutions of basic academic learning. 3. Infinite Copyright Extension. This is unconstitutional because the MAIN BODY (not ANY amendment) of the Constitution SPACIFICALLY says that copyright and patent MONOPOLIES (not “Intellectual Property” deeds or grants) are to be granted only for LIMITED TIMES for the specific purpose of creating PROGRESS in the arts and sciences. This sheepleizes people by creating a permanent monopoly on continuing entertainment characters (mainly those aimed at children) in the hands of Conspiracy corporations who’s loyalty to the American Constitution is questionable at best and treasonous at worst. These characters are often used to get impressionable children to support both even more copyright extension based on the Anti “Intellectual Property Piracy” theme and the other six laws by which the Conspiracy derives its power. (Anti Gun stories as a for instance are a favorite theme with copyrighted continuing characters based on an anti crime theme like Batman, Superman etc.) 4. Legal Tender Laws. These are once again unconstitutional in the MAIN BODY of the document. It specifically states that a state shall make nothing BUT GOLD AND SILVER COIN as tender in the payment of debt. All “Legal Tender Laws” are basically designed to grant “Fiat” legal tender privileges to some form of UNBACKED PAPER CURRENCY as the soul money of the nation. It is in fact through LEGAL TENDER LAWS that the Federal Reserve System actually gets all of its power. Without them even if it continued to exist the Federal Reserve would be just another of many competing note and perhaps even coin) issuing banks whose notes would have to be valued on their HONESTY and not on the existence of some special government privilege. Legal tender laws sheepleize people by the privileged “money” being the “sheepdog” that the Conspiracy uses to lead the sheeple to a desired destination usually by using it to manipulate “crises” like the one we are currently going through. 5. The Income Tax. The income tax in any form on either a federal state or local basis is unconstitutional largely on the grounds 1. that one must unconstitutionally incriminate himself when filing a return, 2. That it is not proportional but progressive, and 3. There is no constitutional money in circulation by which ANY tax can be constitutionally collected (Remember a state shall make NOTHING but GOLD AND SILVER COIN a tender in the payment of debt INCLUDING TAXES!!!!) You may think it is the rich who would most oppose the Income tax because its progressive feature is supposedly designed to “soak” them in particular. However the largest PRIVATE (As opposed to politician) income tax and income tax increase advocates in America are George Soros, Bill Gates and Warren Buffet all multi BILLIONaires. To understand this you must realize that most of the rich just like most of the Socialists are a part of the Globalist Conspiracy and the income tax is one of their chief weapons against everybody else. Basically its purpose is to prevent any competition to the Globalist Corporations largely through the progressive feature that soaks the potential capital of said competitors as they rise up the tax brackets and have to pay higher and higher percentages. The great 19th Century age of INDIVIDUAL technological invention stopped when the income tax started and the Age of dependent sheeple began with the income tax. 6. Supressive Patents and Copyrights. Even if its for a constitutionally limited term a copyright or patent is UNCONSTITUTIONAL if it does not serve the specific purpose of creating progress in the arts and sciences. However many energy inventions in particular have been scotched by the Conspiracy taking out Patents on them and not manufacturing anything based on them. Another type of suppressive patent is the so called software patent, usually on a type of software that is “public domain” in copyright language or “prior art” in patent language aimed at perpetuating Conspiracy/corporate monopolies rather than progress in computer software arts and sciences. Supressive Patents and Copyrights do not necessarily create sheeple but function like the Income Tax as a competition supressor that keeps the corporations and systems (like the fossil fuel system) of the Conspiracy in perpetual power over the private sector of the economy which in turn aids and abets sheeple creation and totalitarianization. 7. FCC Licensing Laws. Probably the biggest weapon that the Conspiracy still has in its arsenal is its total control over Tell A Lie Vision and radio entertainment and news and if they get their way the Internet through FCC Licensing and revised “Two Tier” Internet access speed regulations that will probably also come under the FCC when passed. In the Conspiracy’s eyes the only thing deadlier to them than private firearms is that they should lose control over this monopoly through 1. copyrighted continuing characters entering the public domain (already covered in Law 3) or 2. “Pirate” radio or television challenges to the FCC licensing scheme. In fact they are already working on the ONE successful challenge to this news/entertainment propaganda monopoly of theirs in communications the Internet, by trying to put an end to Net Neutrality. For those not familiar with this term Net Neutrality is the system by which Internet hub owning corporations have to treat Freedom4um and Conspiracy/corporate internet traffic equally bandwidth and access speed wise. The Conspiracy’s chosen way to eliminate Freedom4um and like sites from the Internet is to abolish this current complete neutrality regulation with a “Two Tier” system that will allow the hubs to give preferred broadband access to corporate and Conspiracy news sites while keeping Freedom4um and similar sites at dial up access speed even for satellite and broadband modems with the eventual goal of eliminating them altogether. The other alternative “Low Wattage” Local broadcasting is strictly banned by the FCC and ruthlessly suppressed. As I said any attack on THIS monopoly is considered even more dangerous than private firearms by the Conspiracy. That is probably is because the broadcasting of truthful info about them and HOW TO SCOTCH THEM is the one thing that could conceivably get the sheeple to “wakey wakey” as to what is being done to them. Now we come to the brunt of this article. Just how do we Genuine Patriots scotch these traitors. It is actually very simple. All of these laws depend on either the threat of imprisonment or a bankrupting lawsuit to actually function. Under the one Constitutional amendment still somewhat operating the way it should Death Penalty, Imprisonment or bankruptcy level cases have to be decided by a JURY of the defendants peers and not professional/political/Conspiracy judges (Unless the defendant chooses a judge). Furthermore in only one of these cases the bankruptcy level case is democracy (majority rules) the formula for a Jury conviction since such cases are usually civil. In death penalty or imprisonment related cases the verdict for guilt and the penalty have to be UNANIMOUS. ONE PERSON can keep such a conviction from happening. (However it would take at least 6 in a civil copyright case using a twelve person Jury but only 3 in a 6 person Jury which are common in civil cases now.) this process of not conviction on Constitutional grounds is known as Jury Nullification. It is my current view that genuine Patriots have one last chance to rebuild the Republic that the Founders intended from the totalitarian mess it is becoming. No it does not lie in violent revolution and civil war. These days that only tends to trade one brand of totalitarianism and dictatorship for another because of the rather poor understanding of Constitutional principles and the origins and differences between rights and privileges that people have these days. (I mean lets face the facts that most people are sheeple today because they are Constitutional duffle-heads who have never properly taught the truth about what their rights as an American should actually be.) Through Jury Nullification however we can at least begin the dismantling the would be totalitarian state of the Conspiracy in the all important areas of Gun Control, FCC “pirate” low wattage broadcasting supression, the Income Tax, Legal Tender Laws, Anti Home Schooling (Compulsory Education) laws, Infinite Copyright Extension (on both civil and “anti piracy” criminal juries) Supressive copyrights and patents (on both criminal and civil juries) and also have an opportunity to ac tually teach the sheeple that they are NOT sheep but soveregn individual being with God Given Rights. (And no one does NOT have to belong to some corrupt, pervert run Organized Religion like the RCC, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Rapture Monkeyism or Tony Alamo “Chrisitan” Ministries to be a Christian and believe in God Either, but that’s another article for another

Forget about Jury Nullification. It will never happen in more than one case in 100. First, the state with the aid of the stat's court preselects the jury pool. Second, even if someone gets past that and all the other tests, one of the jury snitches will tell the judge and that juror will removed and replaced. Third, if was to become more common, the court would sentence the juror to prison for contempt. And, don't say they cannot because they can do any damn thing they wish. Fourth, if that was a bigger problem, they would deny a trial by jury. Yes, the supreme court has ruled that is legal up to 6 months. They can change it to a year or 20 years. They can do any damn thing they wish. If not that, they will just charge the person with 200 counts and the judge, without a jury, will find the person guilty on all 200 counts and sentence him to serve the consecutively. Otherwise, life in prison.
Not necessarily true. Although in the grand scheme of things it didn't amount to much, certainly not a hung jury or a not guilty in a bogus tax charge case, but I did hang a jury once a long time ago. And the other folks on the jury, all eleven of them, were almost ready to hang the guy for something they admitted they did themselves (speeding). Some of them told me they had better things to do and I told them they should have thought of that when they were asked if there was any reason they couldn't serve as a juror and that I could sit there and say not guilty as long as they could sit there and say guilty. The state never produced a body or an injured party and couldn't show any property damage, therefore no crime had been committed, at least none they could prove.

First, welcome back, CS. It's good that you've come to realize that arguing about which group, or groups, started the evil that surrounds us today, gets us nowhere fast. We need to band together to fight it, wherever it is found, and Jury nullification is a powerful tool. Since both the state and the defense would really like twelve rocks to be impaneled, our best bet under voir dire is to keep our mouths shut, and do our best imitation of a wallyworld shopper. If you exhibit a lick of sense, you will not be selected, I promise you that.
Good for you. That must have difficult--standing up when there are 11 against you. It would have been wonderful, if it had been a Federal tax case and somehow you had swayed the other jurors.

Glory to God in the highest, and Peace to His people on Earth. It wasn't too hard because I believed then, and still believe today, that I was right. And my folks taught me to do what I thought was right even when it meant standing alone, as it often does. And yeah, I would have liked for it to have been a federal tax case and swung the other jurors--that would have been sweet because I have been speaking out against that scam for 25 years.

I'm Catholic but I agree with eliminating the all 'laws' on your list, although I havent studied the copyright or patent issues you brought up. by the way a goood Catholic anti pervert site is RCF.org. Nothing wrong with trying to get the public aware of jury nullfication. Will be an uphill battle though.

Unfortunately it was one of those cases that no one would really like to be a part of (child molestation). The redeeming thing about being a member of that jury was that the dumb pos they had charged with the crime admitted to it on videotape and that after he had been read his rights not less than three times! Didn't take long for the deliberations in that one.

The first guy had not harmed anyone and was clearly not guilty, at least not guilty of what they had charged him. And the second guy was clearly guilty based on his own admission. Both slam dunks as far as I was concerned.

When called for one of those, and looking at the toothless wonders who could never be cleaned-up enough in their brand new, ill-fitting clothing, and not being able to meet any of the challenges, when the judge asked if there was anyone else who felt that they could not hear the case, and render a fair verdict, I raised my hand. When explaining myself, I took the easy way out and said, "If the defendant is not guilty of this, he looks like he could be guilty of anything." "Excused." Truthfully, I just was not up for a week of hearing of the alleged crime, and all the sordid details that would be revealed, for the princely sum of six dollars a day.
