I had an uncle who told me in 1969 that the Moon landing was faked. His explanation to me was that when he turned his TV on in Greenbackville, VA, he can't get Chicago and since that was the case, how could he get the Moon?

afterthoughts: ~ this is one a them subjects I never got over ... when my children were lil, they knew all about the Apollo missions, I taught em the story best their lil heads could grasp it, built model rockets and flew a few too *s ... then the science teachers got a hold of em, explained that their daddy was a lil slow, we didn't really go to the moon, that it was all fake ... he used clipped up films to prove the case ~ they came home and told me all about it, my wife at the time kept me from assault charges by convinicing me to let the science teachers alone, they were just doing their jobs and I would lose anyhow ... I can't prove anything
