Ahhhh,but purposeful neglect is NOT the same thing as "being behind it". I don't think they made any real effort to stop any potential attack,but that's not the same thing as saying they planned or encouraged one.

I had several people rant and rave to me about how good it is,so I have been recording it to watch later. I haven't watched any of it yet because I want to watch them all in order to get the full enjoyment. Its worth a watch, and will probably be better if you watch it all in a row. But don't expect a great show. Its merely good.
