There are so many dots to connect that only a damned liar or fool would deny the truth of 911.

Now that is a fine summation.

I had caught ByteShredder plagerizing my friends work. He started posting death threats to me.

That should be a permanent auto-ban on any forum, no matter who posts it, no matter how drunk they are. Death threats aren't free speech, they're speech intended to stop free speech.

The purging of memebers at LP, mind you I signed up within the first two months it was up, was resulting in a lot of people moving over here. Many I considered friends. I signed up here and started posting. I had told someone on LP, I don't remember who, that I was posting here until Goldi had time to deal with my complaint. This is what she twisted into an announcement I was leaving. The posts are archived on this forum somewhere. Yukon twisted one of my posts into recruiting for 4um. It was removed and I was banned.

Bans can be arbitrary and often are.

Byteshredder still posts at LP with immunity.

I've hardly noticed him, maybe we don't have the same interests.

As I said before, I made no such announcement.

What makes you believ that they should have been left standing?

For one, it is highly unlikely the supporting bolts and rods holding the trusses onto the core would have been strong enough to rip the core apart. If the floors pancaked then the floors should have slid over the core. However, there wasn't much left to slide since the upper floors pulverized as they collapsed, so there was not enough energy to cause a collapse of the lower floors in the first place.

Thus, not only should the core have remained standing, but the 100 or so UNDAMAGED floors of both towers should have survived the collapse of the upper structure of both buildings, except for perhaps the top section of the remaining undamaged structures.

And sure, the top was tapered, BUT strong enough to hold most of the weight of the WTC structure at that level. In fact, it was highly improbable for a total collapse even at the damaged section to occur at all.

You are basing this upon what? The inane belief that the only force being exerted was DOWNWARD? What was one of the functions of the outer support structure? LATERAL stability. When LATERAL support fails...what happens?

Which "items" do you believe have not been rebutted?

Where's the flight manifests? I don't mean newspaper graphics, I mean a link to the actual flight manifests.

You haven't been able to show how there could possibly be enough energy to break the lower floors since much of the energy was expended by the pulverization process.

You haven't shown any proof that the hijackers actually boarded the aircraft.

I haven't had the time to dig through the "report" you linked, but I doubt it can honestly explain how two 110 story structures can collapse in 8-18 seconds, where the lower 100 floors were undamaged prior to the initial collapse of the top sections of each tower.

You haven't been able to explain the fact that war games taking place during the attacks simulated the very attacks themselves.

LATERAL stability. When LATERAL support fails...what happens?

Nothing unless there are high winds or a hurricane taking place. The towers didn't start swaying back and forth. Is that what you trying to say, the collapse was caused by SWAYING?

Besides, only a relatively tiny part of the exterior columns were damaged.

what happens when you try to stack too much of something on top of each other?

Oh and BTW, the WTC towers were not just a bunch of stacked cans, they were rigid structures. There would have virtually no loss of lateral strength anyways due to the minimal damage to the exterior columns, yet it wouldn't have mattered if there WAS a total loss of lateral strength (which would be impossible due to the construction of the buildings themselves).

There were no hurricane force winds that day, and even if there had been, there was no overall loss of lateral strength as the purpose of the exterior walls was to DISTRIBUTE the lateral load across the entire building, and a missing section of column would not affect that.

#1253. To: 911 Official Fairy Tale Believers (#1250)

I am sorry. You guys are right. It makes perfect sense that 3 concrete and steel buildings specifically designed to resist the impact of jet airliners came down after only 2 of them were hit by planes. My skepticism is really childish there.

And I am really silly for even questioning the convenient little fairy tale that they had ready to feed everyone, immediately after the event after having done absolutely no investigation.

And I am really nitpicking when I point out that the investigation wasn't even started until 8 months after the incident when all the evidence had been conveneniently destroyed. And during that investigation (the 9/11 Commission) not one firefighter, police officer or security personnell who was actually there was interviewed.

Oh yes, I am completely paranoid for even suggesting that the elite could possibly have envisioned such an operation, much less carry it out. Even though Project for a New American Centery published a document clearly outlining exactly what they were planning on doing and explained the need for a catalysing event such as a new pearl harbor to get the people to go along with it.

I really should wake up and realize that Muslim terrorists are the ones to blame here, and invading Afghanistan and Iraq was the only logical reaction to this event. I mean how else can we secure our safety and freedom?

Dropping bombs on innocent people is really the only way we can ensure the safety of the homeland.

We have the corporate media if the fancy takes us to be spoon-fed absurdities - your parroting their blatant propaganda is tiresome and in no way reflects you in a positive light.

"I'm curious, what are firefighters and police, who either died in the collapse or never made it into the building, going to be able to tell you?"

How is it your curiosity doesn't encompass simply checking something before you unsuccessfully attempt to convince us there is a link between you opening your mouth and any brain activity whatsoever?

Let me assist you with your intellectual laziness, here is what they DID say:

http://graphics8.nytimes.com/packages/html/nyregion/20050812_WTC_GRAPHIC/met_WTC_histories_full_01.html

[A rich vein of city records from Sept. 11, including more than 12,000 pages of oral histories rendered in the voices of 503 firefighters, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians, were made public on Aug. 12, 2005. The New York Times has published all of them after having to go to court with the victim's families to have them released....]

Should you feel the desire at some point to actually deal with nasty little details such as facts, then by all means please read the following essay which is the absolute best challenge to the official version available:

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=1846

Before you actually bother responding with empty rhetoric please consider that you are dealing with someone who has actually downloaded and read (more than once) both the 9/11 commission report and the NIST Final Report and found them lacking, which is something the proponents of the official version seem to not have bothered with.

Why bother with both sides of the story when you can simply repeat what Fox News or CNN have to say, and immediately blend in with millions of other idiots...

There is comfort in numbers obviously.

And please stop with the "nasty Muslims who hate us because they hate our freedoms" foolishness.
