Michigan 15-year-old dies after police Taser him THE ASSOCIATED PRESS BAY CITY, Mich. -- Police in Michigan say a 15-year-old boy has died after being Tasered by officers who were trying to break up a fight. Police didn't release his name and say state police are investigating. A Bay City police news release says officers answered a report of an early morning fight on Sunday. The statement says two males were arguing in an apartment, and one of them "attempted to fight the officers." Police say officers Tasered him, and his reaction led them to immediately call for emergency medical help. He was pronounced dead at Bay Regional Medical Center. Deputy Chief Thomas Pletzke tells WNEM-TV police placed one officer on administrative leave.

Anytime a cop kills someone with a taser, the cop should be charged with manslaughter and, since police are liars, the presumption should be that the police are lying. A few cops going to prison would cure some of the police violence.

Cops always seem to come in pairs or more and I've noticed they are usually larger than the average person.

Spin Control in motion Kid went through rehab after his mother's death and "family members said he was intoxicated" and "...he jumped up a took a swing at the cops." Case closed. TASER vindicated. Cop was just trying to defend himself. (TASER INTERNATIONAL, INC. may not have to pay off the family in this case-But, Thank Moloch for local medical examiners and judges who are always short on cash....) Family says Brett Elder "...was handcuffed when TASERED, but deputy chief plays a little deceptive word game and responds with "The suspect was not handcuffed when the TASER was deployed!" No, not the first shock, but he may have been shocked again after he was cuffed, right, Chief? I see where this case is going. Say buh bye because it won't be reported again once the cash gets spread around....

I used to work in a nursing home for a year in college, and the administration always put guys, never girls, on the "difficult" hall. We had to manhandle senile, hostile people all the time. We never had much problem since three of us would just grab the person, we never had to hurt them, and we never had to Taser them either. Not that Tasers existed then.
