You're lucky the public access channel turned you down. It would be grounds for Jones to sue you and win easily.

If you had Alex's written permission there would be no problem. But it is doubtful if he would give permission if his ad(s) was/were deleted.

thats ridiculous, as is the public access excuse for not running it. Alex Jones encourages everyone to run his films on public access. In the past he even stated that he will fax or email a permission form to anyone who needs it in order to air it,.

I would threaten to file suit against the public access for free speech violations. watch them turn over. i would send a certified letter stating that, and i assume the following is true, that there was NO 'posted prohibition' against documentaries in their user agreement, if you even signed one. that you will not tolerate veiled discrimination and that you expect a response in 3 business days.

i have done this 3 times in various situations and worked like a charm. if you want details of the 3 situations let me know. be sure to send the letter certified with a return reciept as proof they recieved it. i get the electronic return reciept option, which is 85 cents or a buck at u s postal service.
