CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A tea party to protest government spending and taxing is canceled. Canceled by the government. Why? They feel too many people could show-up. Lynn Rosko planned to hold a tax payer tea party at Jaycee Park in Cape Coral on April 1st. The idea was announced at a Cape Coral City Council meeting, then an e-mail blast by the Republican Party and it was mentioned in the local media. With all of that attention, the City of Cape Coral felt there could be more than 500 people attending the tea party. Therefore Rosko needed to get a permit and insurance for the event. Rosko says she's not willing to get insurance and accept liability for something that a stranger could do. Rosko told WINK News, "I have rescinded any organizing or supervision or what ever you want to call it over this tea party on April 1st." WINK News spoke to the director of parks for Cape Coral. He says that even now if Rosko is willing to get insurance for the event he'll likely re-authorize it. For now Rosko's event is canceled, she's encouraging people to attend the April 15th Tax Payer Tea Party in Centennial Park in Fort Myers. Tea party cancelled? Are the organizers a bunch of pussies? No one asked for permission for the first tea party. Who are these people asking for permission to protest? You are either free or you are not. Protest on that day, if the government says you need a permit to protest then tell them they do understand what a protest is but that you intend to make them understand. Let them put you in jail. She invited peeps to attend the April 15th tea party in Fort Myers, and that date is more symbolic. We tax rebs have "celebrated it" for decades, and to have a tea party on April 1st would have been poor planning and rude to the planners who already had their event scheduled for the 15th. She may not have wanted to trumpet her blunder, but she was probably contacted by the event planners and made aware of the fact that she was about to upstage an annual event with her short sighted publicity stunt. (as a public official she got free publicity that tax rebs couldn't buy) If anything this will give an added publicity boost to the 15th event, and that's good because the MSM is always careful never to mention the event before hand, and they only cover it that night while repeating all the usual lies. (i.e. "The courts have already ruled on every issue the protesters will ever raise and the income tax is the best drafted and most honest law ever written and passed by congress! That's right, folks. Can't win don't try!")

It was mocking the article packrat posted about Obama's being indicted by a "citizen's grand jury." It showed how packrat could be indicted for pedophilia using the same methods. I thought it was quite funny, and not libelous in slightest. At any rate, how do you libel an anonymous Internet poster? Here's the original post.

I was hoping goldi would claim she matched my IP address or something like that because that would be impossible. I've been using Sprint mobile broadband as my internet for the last two months. And that uses a different ip every time I log connect. That would have caught her in a lie.

She already put me on a two week suspension two weeks ago to the day before she declared me ubermensh and banned me forever for calling her a liar (when she was obviously lying). My guess is either she wanted to permanently ban me the first time, but didn't want to piss people off, and used this as an excuse. Or she actually believes I was ubermensh. She believes a lot of things for no reason, especially after Obama won. She claimed black people were acting funny and were planning to riot, she thinks Obama is a gay, terrorist, atheist, muslim, and she literally thinks he will get thrown out of office because he was born in Kenya. This shows she believes whatever she wants to believe, without regard to evidence or logic. I'm guessing its the latter reason. She hated me because I called her a liar, and in her mind that is proof I'm a troll. She's done shit like this before. Every couple months she pulls a stunt like this, randomly bans a person for little to no reason, yet allows other posters to spam the board continually. She just isn't very bright and is in over her head.
