Carlos Miller
In what should send a frightening chill down the spine of every blogger, writer, journalist and First Amendment advocate in the United States, Phoenix police raided the home of a blogger who has been highly critical of the department.

Jeff Pataky, who runs Bad Phoenix Cops, said the officers confiscated three computers, routers, modems, hard drives, memory cards and everything necessary to continue blogging.

The 41-year-old software engineer said they also confiscated numerous personal files and documents relating to a pending lawsuit he has against the department alleging harassment - which he says makes it obvious the raid was an act of retaliation.

Maricopa County Judge Gary Donahoe signed the search warrant that allowed at least ten cops to raid his home in North Phoenix on March 12 while handcuffing his female roommate for three hours as they tore the place apart.

Pataky, who was out of town on a business trip during the raid, also believes police were retaliating against him for the content of his blog, much of it which comes from inside sources within the department.

“They broke into my safe and took the backups of my backups,” he said in a phone interview with Photography is Not a Crime on Wednesday.

“I can’t even file my taxes because all my business plans are gone. They took everything.”

The search warrant lists “petty theft” and “computer tampering with the intent to harass” as probable causes. He has yet to see an actual affidavit that lists in detail the probable cause and is skeptical that one even exists.

“They say everything has been sealed,” he said.

The conflict between Pataky and the Phoenix Police Department began two years ago during “a nasty divorce” after moving out of the house he had shared with his wife. His said she was not taking the divorce too well and began filing false allegations against him accusing him of stalking and harassing her.

Many of the reports she filed accused him of doing things when he was out of town, he said.

So he began filing complaints with everybody from Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon down to Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris to no avail. He was eventually indicted for harassing his ex-wife.

A month before the trial, he and a few friends launched the website as a rant against the police department. When he went to trial in May 2008, his charges were immediately dismissed because of lack of evidence, he said.

“We were going to shut down the website after that but then all of a sudden all these good cops started hitting the site and sending us tips,” he said.

He said they would also deliver all kinds of internal documents from within the department exposing everything from a cop with multiple DUIs to another cop whose son was a child molester and was trying to get on the force (and was eventually arrested).

“We have about 50 to 100 retired and active cops who provide us information,” he said.

Police apparently believe one of the tipsters is an officer named David Barnes, who fell out of favor with the department in 2007 when he was a detective and went public with claims of mismanaged evidence at the city crime lab.

Police also raided Barnes’ home and according to Pataky’s inside sources, plan to raid the homes of more cops.

Police have been extremely vague about the nature of the raids, according to the arizona republic.

Police officials said Wednesday that a Phoenix detective prompted the investigation after complaining about harassment, though they declined further comment…

Phoenix Assistant Chief Andy Anderson said the harassment case is unique because of the connection to an unaccredited grassroots Web site. He said the blog is one part of the case, though he did not provide specifics of the ongoing investigation.

“This isn’t about the blog,” Anderson said. “That’s just where the investigation led.”

The allegation of “petty theft” against Pataky stem from photos he posted on his blog of police name plates that appear to have been taken from within the department. He said he actually made the plates himself.

The allegation of “computer tampering with the intent to harass” obviously has to do with his no-holes barred criticism of the department.

Pataky, who has since purchased a new laptop, is taking the raid in stride and has added it to the allegations in his pending lawsuit.

And he has not let it stop him from blogging.

My younger brother who was with the Phx PD for about 8 years left because he said it was so corrupt and that unnecessary use of force was constantly the rule of thumb. He is now an asst police chief of another town here in AZ. He told me some of the stuff that went on and it has to make a person wonder if the police are nothing more than the Gestapo in some places like Phx, New Orleans, Philie etc.

Do you know how difficult it is to find these stories? Try finding sand in the Sahara, it's more difficult.

Here's just a few I've come across... and just because a department (pig sty) is small doesn't mean there are no pigs there rolling around in their own shit. So don't even fucking go there...

Beaumont TX pig 54 year old Paul Perritt stole more than $142,000 from the police association’s bank account for personal use over a three year period. He was convicted.

police_chief01

Smiling pig

Pig Perritt then has the gall to sue the city of Beaumont for $2,300 he says the police officer’s benefit association owes him.

Two former Baltimore police officers and one current city officer have been indicted on federal civil rights and obstruction of justice charges.

Officer Gregory Mussmacher and former officer Guy Gertsel are accused of beating a handcuffed and shackled 17-year-old boy with a pool stick, then lying about the incident to authorities.

Their sergeant at the time, Wayne Thompson, is accused of ordering them to write a false police report.

/snip/

Beating up a handcuffed 17 year old kid. They are so fucking brave. The time is coming when we will all get to see how brave these cocksucking pigs really are.

I tell ya, it’s getting more and more difficult for these pigs to cover up for each other. It’s not like the good old days when this always happened. Crimes against people are hard to cover up unless the victim is dead.

He skated with a  suspended for 12 months, and he will have to complete an alcohol offender program.

No mention was made of others he arrested for the same charge.

Rest easy, he wont do time for this. There are 2 sets of laws, one for us, the other for the pigs.

Razo, a 14-year veteran of the department, allegedly torched his BMW 745, reported it stolen for an insurance claim and filed a false police report in January.

A few weeks later Razo claimed he was attacked in a separate incident by two men, one of whom he said shot him with his own department-issued gun in the shoulder.

/snip/

Avoiding a jury trial, Nathan Davis struck part of a deal with federal prosecutors Wednesday. He’s charged with using excessive force when he arrested a man two years ago. It started at a Baton Rouge home when the officer was investigating a complaint and tried to arrest Brian Townsend for disturbing the peace.

Townsend claims Davis not only pepper sprayed him, but also kicked him hard enough to rupture his bladder. He said it all happened while he was handcuffed. The former officer pleaded guilty to spraying Townsend for no good reason, but denied kicking him while he was in handcuffs.

Lanzy Lamar Coker, 50, was charged Monday in Garfield County with five counts of armed robbery, one count of attempted armed robbery and one count of second-degree burglary, court records show. Coker remained jailed Tuesday on $200,000 bond.

The child, who had multiple bruises over her body and an apparent fractured skull, was on life support Monday at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, according to the sheriff’s office. She remained in “very very critical condition,” according to Sheriff’s Capt. Randy LaBelle.

/snip/

How ironic. One criminal being busted by other criminals.

Another pig with a penchant for 15 year old girls. 15 year old girls seems to be a trend with cops. They just love ‘em.

Seems he was driving 90 MPH without using sirens or lights. He had no reason to be driving that fast. But because he wanted to be a Mr Big Shot, and thought he was above the law, he did it anyway. It cost a young woman her life.

Snyder was charged Friday with 33 counts of first-, second- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The complaint alleges the molestation began when the victim was in seventh grade and continued until earlier this month.

/snip/

Philadelphia Police Officer Alhinde Weems showed up at an area hotel yesterday morning, authorities said, armed and ready to take down a local drug dealer, and willing to shoot if necessary.

The drug dealer, however, was the fabrication of an undercover officer, and the target of the sting was Weems, a 5 1/2-year veteran who “dishonored the badge,”

/snip/

That’s funny. There is no honor in wearing that badge. How can it be “dishonored”?

Richardson is scheduled to be sentenced in May on all the charges. He faces up to 85 years in prison.

He admitted in a plea agreement that he sold methamphetamine and prescription drugs while police chief. /snip/

He might face up to 85 years in prison, but I bet he doesn’t get anywhere near that sentence. I bet he gets a suspended sentence and probation. I’ll keep an eye on this one.

An Akron patrolman was allowed to resign rather than face criminal charges after taking $100 and allowing an unlicensed motorist to drive home a car he didn’t own.

The driver also traveled to the Akron Police Department where he filed a complaint against Officer William Price in an effort to demand his cash be returned.

He said Price was already appealing a 10-day suspension stemming from a physical confrontation he had on duty last year with a Goodyear Middle School student. /snip/

JUAREZ, Mexico — A deputy U.S. marshal who was shot to death in Juarez was wanted in the United States, according to court documents.

At the time of his death Bustamante was on administrative leave. Bustamante was wanted for failure to appear in court on charges of criminal theft of public property. /snip/

Delapaz is already serving a five-year sentence from another trial. He lied to a judge to obtain a search warrant in connection with the scandal, in which more than two dozen people were falsely arrested when paid Dallas police informants planted fake drugs on them.

Many of those arrested were Hispanic immigrants. The wrongdoing came to light in 2001 and forced the city to pay millions in settlements and led to negative publicity along with personnel changes at the Police Department. /snip/

The city did NOT pay the millions, YOU DID!

Faron White, a longtime sergeant who was once named officer of the year for the Decatur Police Department, admitted stealing from his office safe in 2007 and 2008 and faking his abduction in January with the help of Sarah Richardson. She was a citizen volunteer who helped in the organized crime unit supervised by White, 48. /snip/

260xstoryKenneth John Freeman, 46, told the court he had tried to get a 30-year sentence in a medium-security institution because he was not a violent person and it would spare taxpayers some money. But U.S. District Court Judge Lonny Suko said taxpayers would foot the bill because the lengthy term was justified.

Freeman, a former reserve sheriff’s deputy in Benton County, pleaded guilty in December to federal charges of production of child pornography and interstate transportation of a minor for the purpose of unlawful sexual activity. /snip/

— A former Cape Cod police officer accused of exposing himself and urinating on other fans at a Metallica concert in Boston is facing additional charges.

Prosecutors said Wednesday 29-year-old Joseph Houston has been charged with assault and battery and open and gross lewdness.

Houston was still a member of the Brewster Police Department on Jan. 18 when he allegedly exposed himself and urinated on two people, including a 17-year-old girl, attending the Metallica show.

Prosecutors say Houston was thrown out of the facility by police, then showed his badge to get back in. He was arrested for trespassing./snip/

The 15-year-old veteran, Scott Moss, was charged Wednesday with a domestic violence assault Saturday at his home in Samammish.

He was arrested by King County deputies after his wife called 911 and said he had cut her thumb with a knife during an argument.

Moss denied any physical contact with his wife. He was released from jail on $10,000 bail and is on paid leave from the Seattle Police Department.

… The officers said in their reports that Father Manship was holding an “unknown shiny silver object” and struggled with an officer who tried to take it from him.

But a 15-second video released by Father Manship’s lawyers this month showed one of the officers, before the arrest, asking him, “Is there a reason you have a camera on me?” The video goes blank as one officer approaches the priest.

Prosecutors did not return calls on Thursday seeking an explanation of why the charges were dropped. /snip/

I’ll tell you why they were dropped. It’s BECAUSE IT’S NOT A CRIME!

DETROIT — Two men remain in prison for a cocaine bust, despite felony charges leveled Tuesday against the judge, prosecutor and police officers who sent them there.

Retired Wayne Circuit Judge Mary Waterstone, former Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor Karen Plants and two Inkster Police officers were arraigned by a 36th District magistrate on misconduct charges for allegedly hiding the fact that a witness for the prosecution was a paid police informant who helped police set up the bust.

Plants and the investigators on the case, Inkster Police Sgt. Scott Rechtzigel and Officer Robert McArthur, face possible life sentences on perjury charges. All of the defendants were charged Tuesday with felony misconduct, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. /snip/

Police Chief Larry Massey blatantly broke state open-record statutes, commonly called the Sunshine Law, which is essential in keeping an eye on what our public officials are doing. And Plantation City Attorney Donald Lunny Jr.. sat by and apparently approved.

The trashing of the statutes came after I asked to see the internal affairs file on a steroids investigation involving two Plantation police officers. That request led to epic stonewalling by the chief, who tried to charge New Times unlawful fees, illegally redacted information from a document, and ultimately refused to release any more public information at all.

About 3 a.m. Aug. 29, a divorced mother of two had called police for help, saying a drunken former boyfriend had come to her home and was throwing her belongings from her car onto the lawn.

Anderson arrived alone and defused the situation. But then he started making inappropriate comments and coerced the woman into engaging in a sex act with him, said Chief Deputy District Attorney Robin Twombly.

The woman “continuously tried to talk him out of this,” Twombly said in court, but Anderson persisted. “She was scared; she was scared that he would be angry. He had a gun” and the woman felt too intimidated to refuse.

The woman, 34, said in court that the incident had changed her from a happy, outgoing person to a fearful, guarded victim who has had trouble sleeping or returning to work.

“I reached out for help,” she said tearfully, and Anderson “made me do things that I did not want to do.”

This sounds like rape to me, not “official oppression”.

A Burlington County jury will begin deliberations today in the trial of Philip Castagna, the suspended Bordentown City police chief charged with plotting to have his estranged wife killed.

Ten former police officers convicted of crimes fell through the state’s decertification process until their cases were pointed out by The Associated Press. The officers:

- Richard Elworth, former Dayton police officer. Convicted in 2005 of having a gun while committing a drug-trafficking offense.

- Zvonko Sarlog, former Cleveland police officer. Convicted in 2007 of money laundering and cocaine charges.

- Mark Demeropolis, former chief of the Cleves Police Department. Convicted in 2007 of complicity to falsification as part of a license plate scam.

- Bobby Cutts Jr., former Canton police officer. Convicted in 2008 of murder, aggravated murder, aggravated burglary and abuse of a corpse in the 2007 death of his lover and the child she was carrying.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — A Columbia police officer accused of using excessive force against South Carolina football player Kevin Young has been indicted for assult.

David Beddingfield was charged with simple assault on March 13, according to court records. He had already pleaded not guilty last August to misconduct in office.

A misconduct in office charge against a second Columbia policeman was dismissed last month.

Beddingfield’s attorney, Mark Whitlark, has said his client did not do anything wrong when arresting Young. Whitlark didn’t return a message left late Tuesday.

An offensive lineman, Young said he was punched repeatedly while being subdued by police. He was charged with fighting and resisting arrest, but those charges were later dropped.

The Big Pig, Master of the Pig Sty himself, 53-year-old Michael Poulin of the Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Department, was arrested Friday night as he went into his wifes job and ranted and raved, oinked and snorted, then assaulted her. She is not injured, according to the pig Sheriff John Goggin. You can believe him if you want, but I’ll just wait and see…

Pig Poulin is also getting a paid vacation out of the deal.

Here is yet another porker that is getting a paid vacation when he has been charged with a felony.

It seems that pig Justin Dean Sumner, 29, of Ketchum OK, doesn’t like lights, and power transformers. He takes out his revenge by putting bullets into them. Pig Sumner did over $3,000 in damage.

South Dakota deputy pig Buckly McColl even got out on a $1,000 bond!

He has also been charged with perjury in yet another seperate case.

According to court documents, on November 22, 2008, McColl allegedly subjected a woman to sexual penetration three times while she was incapable of giving consent because of an intoxicating agent.

The incident allegedly took place while McColl was on duty in Edgemont, where both he and the victim live. /snip/

“A key piece of evidence in the state’s case against Boles is a semen-stained Carhartt jacket. The alleged victim testified Wednesday at the trial’s start that she wiped her hand on Boles’ jacket when he forcefully made her touch him last year. DNA tests show the semen is likely Boles’. “/snip/

A case of mistaken identity allegedly turns into a brutal scene that leaves two young Opelousas men battered and members of OPD being investigated.

The Nams’ story is strikingly similar to those told by other mom-and-pop store owners, from Dominicans in Hunting Park to Jordanians in South Philadelphia.

The Daily News interviewed seven store owners and an attorney representing another. Independently, they told similar stories: Cujdik and fellow officers destroyed or cut the wires to surveillance cameras. Some store owners said they watched as officers took food and slurped energy drinks. Other store owners said cigarette cartons, batteries, cell phones and candy bars were missing after raids.

What more do you need? Cops are nothing more than criminals with badges.

Attorney General Troy King says the indictments say Beck:

  • Willfully obtained or sought to obtain criminal offender record information by acessing the the Law Enforcement Tactical System, under false pretenses that it was for an official law enforcement or criminal justice purpose; and
  • Willfully communicated or sought to communicate criminal offender information in a manner not in accordance with the law.

Both charges are felonies. If convicted, Beck could have to serve up to five years in prison and pay fines ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.

Controversial former Denver police officer Joe Bini will have to register as a sex offender and will be on intensive supervised probation for two years following sentencing Friday on sex-related charges.

Bini pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual contact, a misdemeanor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor,a felony, in connection with an incident last May.

He paid two teenage girls $20 to have sex in front of him and then touched one of the girls. The incident happened in a back room at his wife’s downtown Denver nutrition store.

In accordance with Friday’s sentencing, if Bini stays out of trouble for two years, the felony charge will be cleared from his record.

Bini is retired from the Denver Police Department.

He is best known for authoring a faulty “no knock” search warrant in 1999 that sent police to the wrong house where they shot and killed Ismael Mena, who never should have been in the line of fire.

That MIAC report on militias: background you won’t find anywhere else

I get sick and tired of the repetitive nature of viral, repeating internet stories that fail to add anything new to a story besides innuendo and personal spin. This is particularly the case since all the MSM outlets and most of the blogs are now running with pretty much only the brief Columbia Daily Tribune story on the issue of that controverisal Missouri Information Analysis Center report on the Modern Militia Movement.

Let’s start there, however, because what interests me is the official response to the story:

It’s a long article, but it’s not boring. Read it at the source.

He hands out bottled water to the local homeless. That homelessness is becoming more and more frequent nowadays, especially in San Diego where a Unibomber sized shack will run about $1000 per month.

Also from San Diego, we have this:

San Diego police fear there may be a growing number of gun activists who want to carry their weapons openly. The trend is part of a national “open carry” movement keen on exercising gun rights. KPBS Reporter Amita Sharma has more. /snip/

Know what they are really afraid of? They are afraid of those that carry weapons instead of video cameras (which pigs also do not like).

It would be very difficult to openly beat the crap out of, or murder someone when you are worried about getting a bullet in the head.

Darren McPhilimy sent me this link to a Pennsylvania Terrorist Watch website. It has the “usual suspects,” but it is not quite as comprehensive as the MIAC report. Here is an address to a PDF file that lists all of the Patriot Groups to “watch out” for:

http://pa-aware.org/who-are-terrorists/pdfs/C-13.pdf

The footnote at the bottom of page 1 states:

“A “patriot group” is defined by the Southern Poverty Law Center as opposed to the “New World Order” or advocating or adhering to extreme antigovernment doctrines.”

That, LRC readers, is definitive proof that the Mises Institute is a “terrorist” organization because the Southern Poverty Law Center, among other nonsense that it promotes, considers ALL Civil War revisionists to be perpetrators of a “hate” crime.

…gave marijuana to a 16-year-old girl at a party last July, police said. Moya and his wife, Cristy, were both charged with contributing to a minor. On Wednesday the two pleaded no contest to the charge.

They both received a one-year suspended sentence, will be required enroll in a drug program and have serve 40 hours of community service.

/snip/

Another slap on the wrist with a wet noodle for this typical pig. And it mentions yet another 16 year old girl. Pigs just love little girls.

If you have a little girl, and some pig tries some shenanigans with her, don’t expect that pig to be punished in any meaningful way. If you want to punish him, you must do it yourself.

Shoot, Shovel, and SHUT UP!

Svoboda had been in law enforcement for more than 35 years, until February, when he worked part-time for the Greeley County Sheriff’s Department.

/snip/

No specifics are being released, which probably means children are involved. For some reason, pigs just love little girls.

FOP President: ‘I’ve Never Seen Morale This Low’

At the time he was appointed, the department had been tarnished by high-profile misconduct allegations, most notably the barroom beating of a female bartender by an off-duty Chicago police officer

/snip/

That’ll teach him not to cooperate in any corruption investigation. He should have ignored the judges demands and withheld the list of pigs that have complaints against them, and gone to jail instead.

But because it was in his interests to turn over that list, the Chicago pigs believe it is in their best interests to see Weis leave so they can get back to murdering and beating up citizens. That will raise their “morale”.

It’s caught on video, but the pigs will not release it. I wonder what the real reason is for that…

But he was caught, and gets probation. The conviction is his second for a domestic-related incident.

Getting caught is strictly public relations. They ignore things like this at their peril. But when sentencing day comes, they get a free pass.

They were

…booked on identical charges of four counts of official misconduct, aggravated battery, battery and mob action. They are scheduled to appear Tuesday in Peoria County Circuit Court.

Family and friends watched as an elderly man was shot by police at a cookout. They say he was killed without justification. State and federal officials are on the case.

“I do recall a member indicating that he didn’t believe Mr. Hall was a reliable witness,” Cartagena testified.

Cartagena was called to the witness stand as the state wrapped up its case against Castagna, the suspended Burlington City Police Chief charged with trying to hire a hit man to kill his ex-wife, Joyce Leopold.

/snip/

Ulmer pleaded guilty to stealing more than $5,000 dollars from a police evidence locker for personal use.

A rural North Texas woman said she dialed 911 repeatedly but got no answer as an intruder roamed her home in the dark.

Laverne Hokett lives in Parker County, just west of Fort Worth.

She said she was awakened one night last month by someone breaking through her back door. She dialed 911 several times from her cell phone but got no answer.

Prosecutors also  dropped 156 DUI cases and filed perjury charges against Officer John Haleas after he was discovered lying in his reports

Video at source.

(AP) A Roman Catholic priest who monitors law enforcement treatment of minorities with a video camera released footage that appears to contradict the police account of his own arrest.

A police report says the Rev. James Manship was confronted and arrested Feb. 19 because he was holding an “unknown shiny silver object” and struggled with an officer who was trying to take it from him. But a 15-second video released this week by Manship’s attorneys shows East Haven police Officer David Cari asking Manship, “Is there a reason you have a camera on me?”

Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Govar said Police Chief Dallas Edward Brogdon was indicted Feb. 6, just under a year after federal agents found him to be in possession of 10 unregistered, fully automatic machine guns.

/snip/

Chad Hilde was charged yesterday with four counts of unlawful possession of a game animal. He also faces four counts of solicitation.

WASHINGTON - Two men whose dog was shot by D.C. police say they were mistreated by the officers, who mistakenly thought they were burglars and had broken into a home.

D.C. police acknowledge shooting the dog, which remains in critical condition. But the official police report makes no mention of any confrontation with anything other than the dog. But 69-year-old Isabel Moreno says his cuts and bruises tell a different story. /snip/

DC pigs aren’t exactly squealing. They are keeping their snouts shut.

Prosecutors say Sickels raped the woman at the Crestmoor Country Club while Christensen watched.

The trial was moved to Sioux City because of pretrial publicity. /snip/

Who knows when they will be sentenced. I just hope they become more familiar with rape as the rapee, not the rapist.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) _ The former Massachusetts police chief charged in the accidental shooting death of an 8-year-old Connecticut boy at a gun show has made his first court appearance.
Edward Fleury did not speak at a pretrial hearing on Friday. /snip/

This was the fucktard that gave an 8 year old boy a full-auto micro uzi to shoot. The kid shot himself.

The warrant is for felony theft and has a bond of $5,000.00.

Pig News IV

pig_police_cartoonChicago pig Anthony Doyle was a true gangster. Cop by day, criminal by night.

The beefy Doyle moonlighted as an enforcer, mob “street tax” collector and even though he surrounded himself by cold-blooded killers, he was not held legally responsible for any of the 18 mob murders described in the indictment.

/snip/

For this, he got 12 years in the pokey.

West Concord MN police chief loved to kill cats.

Robert Utech, 52, was found guilty of two felony counts involving torture or cruelty to animals, one felony count involving the wreckless discharge of a dangerous weapon, and one gross misdemeanor count of misconduct by a public official.

Utech also was accused of using a stun gun on an innocent bystander; botching an alleged juvenile sexual assault investigation; and telling a West Concord police officer not to charge anyone who lives in the city with driving under the influence.

Jury begins deliberations in Creston IA cops trial

Police chief James Christensen and former assistant chief John Sickels are

…charged with second-degree sexual assault in the alleged incident last April. Prosecutors say Sickels raped a woman at the Crestmoor Country Club while Christensen watched.

Law Enforcement: This Week’s Corrupt Cops Stories from Stop The Drug War.

Nameless pigs try to murder an unarmed and nonthreatening  Michigan student.

Students today continue to question what happened after five officers with the West Michigan Enforcement Team, a regional drug unit, executed a drug-related search warrant on Copp’s apartment. Copp, a film and video major, was shot in the upper right chest area with a Glock handgun after police came through a back glass slider door.

Copp was listed in serious condition at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital.

Police on Thursday said there was no confrontation and did not think Copp was trying to flee, but did not divulge details about what led to the shooting.

/snip/

Of course they would not divulge the details. They need to get their stories straight for the trial.

Secret State Police Report: Ron Paul, Bob Barr, Chuck Baldwin, Libertarians are Terrorists UPDATED

Alex Jones has received a secret report distributed by the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) entitled “The Modern Militia Movement” and dated February 20, 2009. A footer on the document indicates it is “unclassified” but “law enforcement sensitive,” in other words not for public consumption. A copy of the report was sent to Jones by an anonymous Missouri police officer.

The MIAC report specifically describes supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as “militia” influenced terrorists and instructs the Missouri police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional, Campaign for Liberty, and Libertarian parties.

/snip/

You can view scans of the document at the source.

UPDATE from “mainstream media”:

Missouri report on militias, terrorists draws criticism

COLUMBIA, Mo. | A new document meant to help Missouri law enforcement agencies identify militia members or domestic terrorists has drawn criticism for some of the warning signs mentioned.

The Feb. 20 report called “The Modern Militia Movement” mentions such red flags as political bumper stickers for third-party candidates, such as U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, who ran for president last year; talk of conspiracy theories, such as the plan for a superhighway linking Canada to Mexico; and possession of subversive literature.

Pig News III

pigs_at_pennywell_sThe pig that oinked way too much…

New York pig Vaughan Ettienne cannot seperate his online persona from reality. That is because his online persona is as fake as his real life.

His online persona was of a typical crooked cop that tried to show how he covered up his crimes.

Except that trash talk in locker rooms almost never winds up preserved on a digital server somewhere, available for subpoena. The man on trial, Gary Waters, claimed that Officer Ettienne and his partner stopped him, beat him and then planted a gun on him to justify breaking three of his ribs. /snip/

So Mr Waters beat the weapons charge, because the jury believed that the gun was planted.

Officer Ettienne wrote. “If he wanted to tune him up some, he should have delayed cuffing him.” He added: “If you were going to hit a cuffed suspect, at least get your money’s worth ’cause now he’s going to get disciplined for” a relatively light punch.

The defense got a hold of that comment. His stupidity quite possible cost a conviction of a guilty man. Or it prevented the conviction of an innocent man. Good job, pig Ettienne, you are a credit to the “force”, you fucking moron.

Oakland is being sued again, for an incident in 2000 that left a man dead.

The lawsuit follows revelations last month that the FBI is conducting an investigation of the incident, including the role played by then-Lt. Edward Poulson, who was later promoted to captain and became head of the department’s Internal Affairs Division in 2008. Poulson was placed on paid leave Jan. 22.

/snip/

Amaro suffered five broken ribs and a lacerated lung, among other injuries. He was not provided medical treatment and instead was taken to jail after his arrest on suspicion of attempting to purchase drugs.

Creston IA pigs John Sickles and James Christensen are on trial for raping a 45 year old woman. WHAT!?!?!?! You mean she was not 15 or 16? What are they thinking? All these young girls out there, just waiting to be raped by a cop, and they choose a 45 year old? How un-piglike.

Anyway, they admitted to lying about the whole sordid affair. Another shocking surprise. Not.

Veteran Alameda CA pig Ronald R. Jones arrested on narcotics charges.

He has developed a taste for narcotics and offered to “dispose” of them from the family of a  terminally ill cancer patient.

He disposed of them by swallowing them at a later time. At least he was smart enough not to eat them in front of that family. So maybe pigs aren’t entirely void of self restraint after all.

Jones was booked at the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office on two felony counts of using fraud, deceit or misrepresentation to obtain a controlled substance.

He has been placed on paid administrative leave.

How nice that this porker gets a paid vacation out of this. It’s your tax money that is paying that asshole. Don’t you just love paying the criminals that you pay to catch other criminals?

Leesburg FL swine Charles Edgar Pinkston has developed a fondness for crack. He resigned. Too bad, if he had stayed, he would have been put on “paid administrative leave”.

One brave city commissioner called for drug testing of the entire pig sty, but the other commissioners decided that licking the pigs feet was the way to go, and refused this reasonable request.

Now, because of this criminal, everything he has done to this point is supposedly under “review”. In other words, they will now do everything they can to bury mention of any possibility of further criminal conduct in the department.

Pig News (Updated with more pig shenanigans)

pig-thumbDothan AL pig Brian O. Smith was shitcanned for ” “Violating the publics trust.”

He allegedly provided restricted information to a store owner, obtained a warrant for a fraudulent check and for making other unauthorized searches.

Smith claimed his estranged wife is responsible for those searches.

He says she had access to his accounts password.

Now look at this. He blames his estranged wife. It’s all her fault. How then did she have access to his passwords? Passwords to systems she had no business being on? Is she a hacker too?

But fear not. Pig Smith will be hired by another department, count on it.

What a tangled web we weave…

Read all about NYPD corruption, murder and mayhem

First we have a murdering pig, 1 woman dead and another injured, when pig Jerry Bowens, 43, went on a rampage. Pig Bowens is also a cooperating witness in another pig corruption case involving pigs Sergeant Michael Aranella, Detective Sean Johnstone, Officer Julio Alvarez and Officer Jason Arbeeny. They would steal drugs and money from dealers and use the proceeds to pay informants.

Over 280 cases have been thrown out because of these pigs. Which tells me it is extremely probable that they also used those drugs to plant on suspects (read: people they didn’t like).

Here, Norm Stamper, columnist for the Huffington Post, admits that he was a typical criminal with a badge in the San Diego PD.He liked to beat people up. He liked the power it gave him. He admittedly admired the pigs that beat up other people and wanted to be just like them.

Let’s all feel sorry for this worthless cocksucker as he falls on his sword and admits his piggishness as he tries to figure out why he did it.

This air thief needs to quit breathing. Quit stealing my air, Stamper.

Pineview GA pig Brent Wayne Powell, 26,  was with the Cochran PD, gets 5 years probation for sex with a 15 year old girl. And Pineview GA pig  Morris Ross was also charged with enticing a child and interference with custody.

Birds of a feather flock together.

Remember this. Pigs get probation for diddling (or worse) your daughters. What are you going to do about it? Is American Idol on now?

A former Savannah-Chatham Metro pig Antonio Taharka shot  Anthony Smashum in May 2007 during a foot chase.

The pigs attorney “expects Taharka to accept a negotiated plea to a reduced charge and plea guilty to that reduced charge.

I bet he gets probation. And a job offer from the Chicago PD.

And from Gracemont OK we have the Big Pig, The Master of the Pig Sty himself, trying desperately to get into another 15 year old girls pants. What is it with pigs and little girls?

gracemont-oklahoma-police-chief-garri-mcclure_45474219GRACEMONT, OK — An Oklahoma police chief is behind bars for lewd and indecent proposals he made to a 15-year-old girl. Former Gracemont police chief Garri McClure admitted to courting the young victim with hopes of beginning a sexual relationship with her.

WTF, he does bear a striking resemblance to a pig.

I’ve heard some people look like their pets, but I guess some people look like their job titles too.

Rest easy folks. It seems that 15 year old girls arent the only ones these pigs want to rut with. They like 16 year old girls too. 2 of them, in fact.

For example, there’s Buffalo NY pig Jonathan Parmalee, 25. Pig Parmalee  “is charged with 1 count each of forcible rape and statutory rape, for having sex with two 16-year-old girls.  Both incidents allegedly happened before he was hired to work for the department. “

Question: Since these bastards never quit, how many kids has he done this too since becoming a Pervert With A Badge?

Pig wannabe (he was a community service officer, a pig flunkie) Blake Shepard, 21, of Lacey WA cops a feel one day, resigns the next. This little piglet was transporting a woman to jail, for the god-awful horrendous crime of driving with a suspended  license, when he decided, and admitted to, grabbing a handful of tits.

Naturally, he pleaded not guilty.

Too bad. He would have fit right in with any police department out there. But first he must nurture a desire for little girls.
