I once leaned back in a car when I was a kid and broke a pencil off in my lower back. Had to go to the ER to get it removed. I've still got a little blue dot there.

I've probably had 100 stitches in my life. So far.

Hummm.

When I was maybe six I somehow jammed a pencil into the palm of my hand - still a blue dot there. I suppose it is the clay lead, but it sure seems to me the body would have dissolved it after forty five years.
