I recall a law mentioned in the past that says, in effect, you can claim a property to be yours, and after X number of years it then belongs to you and it doesn't matter if your claim was legit or not.

Does this sound familiar to anyone here? Is there such a law or am I mistaken? I wouldn't know where to look to find this law, if it exists.

If so, and you are more familiar with this law than I am, would it make a good weapon to use against the bastards?

I'd rather not shoot anyone if I can avoid it. I'd just rather ruin them.

In TX, adverse possession is perfected after seven years.

In the State of Pa, it takes 21 years..

Truth is Treason in the Empire of Lies

"Don't Tread on Me", originally a war cry of Benjamin Franklin during America's fight for independence, has come to symbolize the American spirit. It first appeared on the Gadsen flag (named for and by General Christopher Gadsen) which featured the slogan below a coiled rattlesnake that was ready to attack. The snake (along with the slogan) came to symbolize America as an animal that would never strike first, but when provoked, would never give in. Today, it also symbolizes and celebrates personal independence and perseverance.

What do we need to take over?

Foreclosures. Every last one of them.

Dealing with the annual property tax would be a huge problem.

Wouldn't it?

This would be much tougher than Farmer Jones cultivating a row or two more of Farmer Brown's land each year.

What about areas where a city has shut off services like water, electricity, police and fire protection?

Could get interesting.

A nation based on race has to keep other races out. A government dedicated to a proposition has to keep ideas out.

I think in Missouri it's 20 years. Say you accidentally built your fence one foot onto someone's property. If they don't complain after 20 years the property is yours.

The owners of the Fed are privatizing the profit and socializing the cost: they make the money and we pay for their mistakes.

That would still leave the ISD, the Hospital District, the county, the community college, and God only knows what other taxing 'authorities' that the property is located in?

I dont know if this would work or not. I have to leave this to someone that knows more about these things than I do.

I was thinking about people making claims on every available property in foreclosure. With those numbers, and with multiple claims per property, it might really screw things up for the bastards.

But what does it take to make a claim? A legal notice in the paper? Something else?

I dont envision this as a real property grab with a citizen vs citizen fight (unless it's a staged fight), but more as a tactical action to attack the banking systems by using their own laws against them.

That's the problem; the claim is filed after the time has passed, from seven to twenty-one years later.

This is going back a loooooooooong time ago to BL I, but I believe that the claim is filed with the county clerk's office.

Attorneys out there - please correct me if this is incorrect information.

Foreclosures. Every last one of them.

Cremate them and spread the ashes to the four winds.

Resolve to serve no more, and you are at once freed. I do not ask that you place hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but simply that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great Colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break in pieces.
