23. To: The Leadpenny, ALL, LP Management, Removal of Poster (#3) I've reviewed your postings for the past few months. You have been uncivil, rude, hostile, and nasty to everyone here on LP. In addition, you have referred to LP members several times as "loons."

Your behavior is not even close to being civil, and that is a requirement for membership here.

Clearly you don't belong among us "loons," and as a result, I've closed your accounts - permanently.

Please find another less loony site on which to post.

Leadpenny has been posting at LP for a long time.

I'd say non-partisan, equal opportunity in his commentary.

Such as this Leadpenny post: Probably true, and Bush wouldn't have been elected had it not been for the negative feelings towards the Clintons.

The other thing is, I think the country concluded McCain had petered out, as in The Peter Princible.

lol.......

Here's the Goldi post just before the boot:

Obamazombie?

R U here to destroy the conservative opposition? To undermine the authority of anyone who questions the "occupant's" eligibility??

I will need to keep an eye out on your postings.

LP does not permit paid shills to hawk here.

Or tiny nuts. (acorns)

Here's a Leadpenny post responding to Michelle Obama bashing for what she wears and how she looks: It's not liberal because I call 'em as I see 'em. It's having a sense of decency.

You calling her a "skank" says volumes about your cowardly character. She's someone's mom, daughter, wife, and she's done nothing to deserve the scorn that's regularly heaped on her. You, otoh, hide behind a keyboard. Real brave. I don't know what cards you’re playing, but they're cheap

Naturally, many at LP took the stance that Leadpenny was an Obamazombie for calling it as he saw fit.

Truth is Treason in the Empire of Lies

"Don't Tread on Me", originally a war cry of Benjamin Franklin during America's fight for independence, has come to symbolize the American spirit. It first appeared on the Gadsen flag (named for and by General Christopher Gadsen) which featured the slogan below a coiled rattlesnake that was ready to attack. The snake (along with the slogan) came to symbolize America as an animal that would never strike first, but when provoked, would never give in. Today, it also symbolizes and celebrates personal independence and perseverance.

I think I was punished for responding to some agressive poster in a like fashion. I was limited to eight per day. I can't debate on eight per day.

Any how, for better or worse I've been posting here now and that should say alot.

I do attempt to respect everyone. But will respond in kind.

Look for Meguro, War, Lucysmom, Bartcop, Ntertained, and a whole bunch of others to slowly be banned for being uncivil. Meanwhile Padlock, the troll who has been banned 50 times, posts stories with the word nigger in the title in a blatent attempt to discredit the site.

[from article]All U. S. military personal and every other American under oath to protect and defend the U. S. Constitution will be duty bound to remove the fraudulent usurper.

[lucysmom2] That is close to crossing the line (or words like that).

I don't think so. I think to libel someone you have to tell a lie about them and use their actual name. It is probably why most people don't use their real name online. Unless "Rhino2" is his real name I don't think he could make any case for that.

No, that's not it. Goldi just made a big stink about civility at LP. The most uncivil are given carte blanche. If you keep posting opposing points of view, the most uncivil will curse, insult and prove her stance to be completely hypocritical. Hence, remove opposition under some trumped up Acorn plant conspiracy. Leadpenny was never uncivil, but he did present an opposing viewpoint, hence he was given the boot for using the term "loons."

You don't worship Obama? You sure seem to. Here is one of your posts in regards to your Obamasiah.

There is a bit of hypocrisy going on here. This kind of abuse of the court system is rightly condemned by conservatives when the target of the suits are corporations but now applauded when the target is an individual.

Any looney tune can file a suit and issue a subpoena requesting any personal information he desires (you don't even need a lawyer to do it) and the target is forced to respond. It could even happen to you.

IMHO, there is something obscene about demanding the scope of personal information that these suits are after. The "birthers" demand the right to poke through the details of Obama's early life longing for anything to use against him. They are using the court system to harass and hound while wrapping them selves in the noble cloak of patriotism. They make the word dirty.

lucysmom posted on 2009-03-03 10:40:46 ET Reply Trace

The "birthers" are merely asking for actual PROOF that Obama is in fact an AMERICAN. His long form birth certificate, which could be produced at almost no cost, could confirm that he is or prove that he is not. Why is he and the DNC spending huge sums of money to keep it hidden if it actually proves that he is a citizen? I suspect that it proves the opposite for there would be no other reason not to disclose it.

And there was an article on LP, FAVORABLE to your Obamasiah, which stated that he had spent "considerable time and money" in his effort to keep the bc under wraps.

So I don't value posting on those BC threads more than I like posting on LP.

I like 4um fine too but this is a much smaller forum and it's hard to actually debate anything here. Most threads only get a few replies. Well, unless you're doing the Truther thing or bitching about FR or LP or other sites some of you are bitter toward.

Anyone who believes that she got confused is retarded. She just didn't realize how people would stand up for leadpenny.

She should have accused leadpenny of being one the trolls who hit the site weekly.

I give The Leadpenny about a 30% chance of returning permanently.

He might show up and say thanks, but that's my prediction.

I'm sorry you got banned even though I had nothing to do with it.

I'm glad that you're not Untermensch, as was put up on the headline there.

I understand, and once the truth is learned, vis a vis the ruse that is the two party system, there is no going back. At least for those w/a conscious.

Why oh why didn't I take the blue pill?

Right.

He is probably too proud.

I'm not too worried about it. The only debate that even goes on there now is about Obama being foreign, and I can get more of that than I want here.

Libertypost isn't worth it anymore. The ratio of good posters to bad posters is incredibly low. Obama's election has driven many of them mad.

That was the lamest excuse I ever heard. Half the forum is defecting and she now admits she banned the wrong poster. Too funny.

But yukon will never be banned so it will almost always be the wrong poster.

Yukon is a troll, uncivil and operates multiple screen names (I'd bet a lot of money he is Mad Dog). They are both supposedly middle aged Alaskan men who just happen to use the language that 12 year old girls use to text each other, ROFLCOPTER, LOL!, etc etc.

Goldi decided she wanted a echo chamber and will come up with reasons to ban anyone who posts against her in any way.

Yukon also posted to 22rifle that three persons were posting under that name during the presidential campaign. Lot of good that did for McCain/Palin.

And remember that Devil Dog who sounded just like Mad Dog, and when they would talk to each other get each other's comments mixed up? And then have the nerve to deny it went confronted? lol

Sent off the 4-1 second choice, Papa Clem returned $10, $4.40 and $3.60. Old Fashioned paid $3 and $2.20 after holding second by three parts of a length over the fast-running Summer Bird (Birdstone), who was dismissed at 26-1 off a maiden special weight win in his previous start. Show was good for $6.20. The exotics came back $26.80 (exacta), $543.60 (trifecta) and $1,990.60 (2-8-7-9 superfecta). Win Willy (Monarchos) offered a decent rally from off the pace for fourth at nearly 9-2 and was followed under the wire by Flying Private (Fusaichi Pegasus), Flat Out (Flatter), Poltergeist (Tapit), Captain Cherokee (Sir Cherokee), Danger to Society (Harlan's Holiday) and Ziegfeld (Elusive Quality).

Not a bad showing for Win Willy but nothing to brag about.

23. To: The Leadpenny, All...

Leadpenny update:

hi

I generally scan the article titles fairly frequently.

When I saw the "free leadpenny" article, I clicked it to see what had happened to him, I was shocked to learn that I had somehow accidently banned him.

It was a huge mistake. And I immediately had to fix it.

I don't know what "immediately" is in the world of Goldi, but in mine it isn't serveral days later after numerous people have stated my mistake. Apparently, deaf ears for several days indicates a immediately. Who knew?
