Your behavior is not even close to being civil, and that is a requirement for membership here.

Clearly you don't belong among us "loons," and as a result, I've closed your accounts - permanently.

I don't know. But I do know that she claimed as a fact that Rhino2 was posting as UnterMensch and that turned out to be an utter lie. I'm not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV but it sounds like libel to me.

I don't think so. I think to libel someone you have to tell a lie about them and use their actual name. It is probably why most people don't use their real name online. Unless "Rhino2" is his real name I don't think he could make any case for that.

No, that's not it. Goldi just made a big stink about civility at LP. The most uncivil are given carte blanche. If you keep posting opposing points of view, the most uncivil will curse, insult and prove her stance to be completely hypocritical. Hence, remove opposition under some trumped up Acorn plant conspiracy. Leadpenny was never uncivil, but he did present an opposing viewpoint, hence he was given the boot for using the term "loons."

Which reminds me. I was over there looking for an archived article and notice he now requires $320,000 to run that site. Used to be able to raise the needed funds in 8 days. Now it is past that and he is only in the teens%. Too funny. I also noticed that the link to his budget wasn't working.

I'm assuming that it is quoting Donofrio's site that upsets Goldi to the point of banning because the article I posted from his site was pulled, and this morning I quoted from his site in a post. Coincidence? Maybe.

Beyond that, I don't worship Obama nor do I recall posting anything that could possibly be construed as worshipful of the man.

There is a bit of hypocrisy going on here. This kind of abuse of the court system is rightly condemned by conservatives when the target of the suits are corporations but now applauded when the target is an individual.

Any looney tune can file a suit and issue a subpoena requesting any personal information he desires (you don't even need a lawyer to do it) and the target is forced to respond. It could even happen to you.

IMHO, there is something obscene about demanding the scope of personal information that these suits are after. The "birthers" demand the right to poke through the details of Obama's early life longing for anything to use against him. They are using the court system to harass and hound while wrapping them selves in the noble cloak of patriotism. They make the word dirty.

The "birthers" are merely asking for actual PROOF that Obama is in fact an AMERICAN. His long form birth certificate, which could be produced at almost no cost, could confirm that he is or prove that he is not. Why is he and the DNC spending huge sums of money to keep it hidden if it actually proves that he is a citizen? I suspect that it proves the opposite for there would be no other reason not to disclose it.

And there was an article on LP, FAVORABLE to your Obamasiah, which stated that he had spent "considerable time and money" in his effort to keep the bc under wraps.

I do have dignity. I like posting on forums. I've said pretty much all I have to say on the BC issue; no one listens anyway.

So I don't value posting on those BC threads more than I like posting on LP.

I like 4um fine too but this is a much smaller forum and it's hard to actually debate anything here. Most threads only get a few replies. Well, unless you're doing the Truther thing or bitching about FR or LP or other sites some of you are bitter toward.
