An intelligence expert says an FBI source tells him that the Bureau spied on Americans who took part in "TEA party" rallies last week. The Northeast Intelligence Network and Canada Free Press report a single-page confidential directive issued by FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, was sent to each of the 56 field offices located across the United States on or about March 23. Those directives reportedly instructed the special agents in charge of those offices to verify the date, time, and location of each TEA Party ("Taxed Enough Already") within their region and supply that information to FBI headquarters in Washington. Northeast Intelligence Network director Doug Hagmann says his FBI source alleges that a second directive, issued on or about April 6, instructed each special agent in charge to coordinate and conduct covert video surveillance and data collection of the participants of the TEA parties. Most of those gatherings occurred on April 15 -- "Tax Day." Hagmann says the government's portrayal of "constitutionalists and patriots" as right-wing extremists and domestic terrorists has been occurring for the last two decades. "Look for this to increase," he advises, "and really look for additional demonization of true patriots -- those people who are really concerned about the adherence to the Constitution and about having America maintain our moral compass with Judeo-Christian principles. Look for...the demonization of people like us increase." Hagmann says his sources within the FBI confirm that the Bureau's TEA party surveillance was part of the Department of Homeland Security's focus on "right-wing extremists." A controversial DHS report leaked earlier this month warned that groups that oppose abortion and illegal immigration posed potential domestic terrorism threats.

But of course they will "demonize" us. Because to them, we are demons. And that is SOP Tactic #1 in their playbook. Demonize the enemy. Then they will go after our communications. Then they will attack. .

I had more than just a sneaking suspicion that the real purpose of those "tea parties" was to draw out those who they might consider to be "domestic terrorists" in order to identify them, record their activities, and implement "enhanced surveilence" upon them. When you see Fox News encouraging a national protest against taxation, you can rest assured that they had their reasons for doing so that do not include patriotism.

I hope they were there and I hope they got to see who we are, rather than read about us in some debriefing paper. And if they still have a problem with us exercising our 1st amendment rights, up theirs. There will come a time when we have to resist and if this small effort was a start, so be it.

Don't want to burst anyone's bubble but I've seen this all before and the herd mentality soon fads when they feel there is no longer any safety in numbers,people start to with draw and it's not long after that they start to distrust most anyone up to and including family...it's a survival thing....heres the facts being charged as a terrorist domestic or otherwise will change your life your chances of winning in court are zero if you go to trial .... ergo it's a plea deal and you go to jail for 10 years....I don't care how patriotic one is the price you pay is very high and discouraging ......how do I know this....it's exactly what happened in South Africa...forced me to leave the country in 79

Sorry, but I don't fear what they can do.. I have been thur much in my life. And yes, I know who and what you are. So I am not talking lightly here. I have already lived beyond where I should have (by a cpl times/experiences), so each and every day, is a blessing to me and I no longer fear death. So no plea deal, no give up nor give in for me.. Plus a very simple fact, if I do not stand against evil, my sons will have too.. guess which one I will pick, always..

If you blow up the picture, he is looking at the protesters and is not moving. While he may be in traffic, and going somewhere else, I would love to know the whole story behind this picture. Anyone?
You bet there were. There were some on campus when me and a few others tossed a few choice words at some anti-American protesting ragheads in 1982, told us to knock it off and we told the FBI-suit to go to hell. Back then they really stood out from a campus crowd with their dark pinstripe suits and Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses.

Your experience, and our current mess, provide a chilling parallel. But as I said, if Americans, for whatever reason, are too timid to get into the streets for peaceful demos, we deserve chains. I'm slightly hopeful about what I saw, but the right people have to get in front of this. Therein lies our problem; zero leadership.

Maybe a refresher course on leaderless resistance is required :-) Who the hell would you trust to lead ? I would say the majority of 'patriots' I *was* willing to fight and die with were frauds. It's every man for himself. IMO If someone has the heart and brain to do battle with the beast, that will become evident and that man or woman shall have earned my respect and such.
While I am offended by the actions of the FBI, I do believe that will only bring more of them into our camp. So, come spy on us and find out who the real freedom fighters are and what we believe. Oh, and don't forget, you FBI types, you swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. Read it again, choose sides and make your choice public so when the treason trials begin we will know who will support freedom and who needs to be hung. Ron
I agree. What good will a resistance leader be to any of us when our cell phones and internet connections, among other things, are switched off. Each of us must make a plan that fits our particular needs. Ask God to help but, count on no one and trust even fewer but, become an enemy of state sponsored terrorism. I had more than just a sneaking suspicion that the real purpose of those "tea parties" was to draw out those who they might consider to be "domestic terrorists" in order to identify them, record their activities, and implement "enhanced surveilence" upon them. When you see Fox News encouraging a national protest against taxation, you can rest assured that they had their reasons for doing so that do not include patriotism. While there is little doubt in mind that they were monitored I think the actual reason they were being promoted was as a psychological diversion and relief valve. In other words there was a growing groundswell of resentment over the obscene level of taxation and this "Tea Party" Event was to make a lot of people feel like they had done "something" which in the end is ineffectual. Thus people blow off steam and most will go back to peacefully chewing their cud until it is time to slaughter them.
