Monty Python Classics bump

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”—Samuel Adams

I haven't seen those (in fact, I have never seen that movie). Critter mentioned this scene on another thread (in relation to BeAChooser) and it sounded funny so I looked for it on youtube.

Great, how are you ? Just winding down here and putting final preps in place.

Heading over to the range to squeeze a few off here in a bit.

IMO...you have to watch it. I've watched it at least half a dozen times and laugh as much each time.

It looks like it would be worth watching. Not too many movies are but that one looks entertaining. I thought it was hilarious where the Black Knight (Cleese, wasn't it?) said that he would have King Arthur for that. LOL!

I don't recall the lines...there's another hysterical scene with the "french" on a castle....

Sounds like a "must see." And there aren't many of those, at least not in my opinion (I just watched Lord of the Rings about three weeks or a month ago if that tells you anything about how many movies I watch).

Don't feel bad. I didn't watch this one for the first time until about 1998...
