Sure, you "volunteer" to pay your taxes, or you can "volunteer" to have your wages garnished, "volunteer" to have tax liens filed against you, "volunteer" to have your bank account(s) siezed, "volunteer" to be harassed and eventually hauled into court and prosecuted, and "volunteer" to be thrown in prison. Or, you can pony up the vigorish and avoid all of that. Voluntary my ass...

Harry's right, and so is wbales (above). If one enters the FEDERAL (RESERVE BANK) GOVERNMENT SYSTEM through any of a million programs set up to make you a member such as enlisting in the SS System, using the FEDERALLY INSURED BANKING INSTITUTIONS, signing up for the military, Medicare-medicaid benefits, FHA/HUD Loans, licensing with a STATE (subsidiary of D.C. Federal Reserve Banking Government), etc., and then transact business "in this state" jurisdiction ... one has VOLUNTEERED. The Federal Reserve Bank created an alternative government that operates on contract/commercial law, offers privileges not rights, and sucks most people in because it's convenient. The "FEDERAL" government is not the national government formed by the Constitution, it's a corporation. Any and all references to the Constitution are pablum for the masses that keeps them locked in to a fictional system that only exists artificially. Arguing ones constitutional rights while being a member in good standing of the Federal Reserve Bank Government is "frivolous" !
