London, England -- British Prime Minister Mr. Gordon Brown was photographed in front of a wall with children’s images of the Second World War, including several swastikas, and yellow Stars that jews were forced to wear in public to identify themselves, at Prendergast-Hilly Fields College in Lewisham, southeast London. The images were part of a school project entitled Life in Nazi Germany and there were other displays in the room, such as Life in Rome, but Downing Street defended its handling of the visit, arguing that it would have been a bigger story if it had asked the pupils to take their work down.
The timing couldn't have been better. With American talk radio host Hal Turner having entered Britain clandestinely last night despite having been banned from Britain by The Home Office, this photo could be interpreted by some as a Welcome for Mr. Turner from the British Prime Minister!
Turner Arrives in Britain
Undisclosed Airport -- Radio host Hal Turner has successfully entered England and is preparing tonight's broadcast from a sight overlooking Trafalgar Square in London.
As mentioned below, Turner received a letter from the British Home Office about two years ago, banning him from the UK because his opinions were deemed a danger to British communities. At the time, that letter was published on Mr. Turner's web site.
When news broke that yet another American radio host, Michael Savage, has also been banned, Turner decided to stick his finger in the eye of the British government and travel clandestinely to London for a LIVE broadcast tonight.
The Turner Radio Network studio in metropolitan New York City has established an ISDN fiber optic link to the studio in London for this historic program. Callers to "The Hal Turner Show" will be able to dial the regular call-in Number 201-484-0060 but listeners in England will be able to call-in using a London-based telephone number which will be given out during the show! (We don't want the government blocking the number or finding out where it is located in time to disrupt anything!)
