Who bought all the ammo? Every Gun Shop In The Country Has Run Out Of Ammo So how does this happen? The news media says it a shortage caused by people stocking up, but the truth is the federal government has bought today's ammo, and future ammo. Considering this has never happened in history, there is something brewing. Most of today's ammo is made in Korea and China. Gun ranges are quoting a 2 month delay in new supplies, and most will be crippled by then.

Not quite the case, but stock is definitely NOT plentiful. Checking with natchezss.com revealed limits on how much a customer could order, and many of the most 'popular' rounds 9mm, .45acp, .223, and .308 'out of stock and back-ordered.'
Bass Pro Shops had a crapload on their shelves yesterday, but the sales clerk said it goes fast. I'm having trouble finding 165 grain Sierra GameKing bullets for reloading. I've found Nosler Partitions but I'm not THAT rich, they're pretty pricey. The fastest sellers are the usual suspects: 9MM, .223, .308, 30.06, .357, .380, and .45

I paid an additional $500.00 FRNs ... but feel extremely good (and lucky) about the deal ... as a matter of fact I just got in from a little target practice ... fired around a 100 rounds (with deadly accuracy I might add) ... and couldn't be happier. This particular rifle is the (poly tech) "legend" and (in my opinion) exceeds the quality and craftsmanship of my AR-15 ... the AK 30 round magazines are plentiful too, which was my major concern. Finding 7.62 mags, especially 30 round mags for a Colt AR-15 is difficult. Cleaning (maintenance) this rifle is very easy even though most think it's not often necessary ... it's simplicity at its most functional capacity. Best buy I've made in awhile and I'm "satisfied" !
