Anita Hill accused then-Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment in 1991, testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee led by Joe Biden. Despite having a recent conversation with the former vice president, Hill says she still can’t support Biden in his 2020 bid to become president.

“I cannot be satisfied by simply saying I’m sorry for what happened to you,” Hill said to The New York Times. “I will be satisfied when I know there is real change and real accountability and real purpose.”
