Amy Poehler Blames Trump for Her Problems, Says It’s ‘Hard To Not Have a Full-On Panic Attack Every Day’

“Parks and Recreation” actress Amy Poehler is the latest victim of Trump Derangement Syndrome, as she asserts that President Donald Trump is responsible for her problems.
The 47-year-old actress, who played the liberal “Leslie Knope” character, apparently struggles to resist having a “full-on panic attack” daily because of Trump, according to an interview with Poehler published Wednesday in The Hollywood Reporter.
“It’s really hard to not have a full-on panic attack every day. It’s why people are self-medicating,” Poehler claimed.
Poehler should speak for herself, given that millions of Americans support Trump and his agenda. If that wasn’t the case, he wouldn’t have won the 2016 election. It’s a stretch to say Trump is the reason why “people are self-medicated,” but it’s not surprising that an out-of-touch Hollywood liberal like Poehler would resort to alcohol to deal with her Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Hollywood liberals seem to be especially susceptible to unhinged anti-Trump activity, but their behavior certainly isn’t representative of everyday Americans.
To put it bluntly, Poehler has serious problems if Trump’s presidency actually gives her daily panic attacks. But Poehler believes her anti-Trump frenzy is normal for women: She said they are “righteously furious” about the Trump administration.
“Women have been rightly and righteously furious about this administration and have been working together and bonding together just in an attempt to make sense of all of it,” Poehler said.
“Every woman I know has a text chain, every morning we just say, ‘Can you believe this? Can we break this down together so I don’t lose my mind? Anybody out there?’ Because it’s really crazy-making.”
In other words, every woman Poehler knows is infected with the same unhinged anti-Trump frenzy.
It’s more proof that she is out of touch.
Poehler’s group of friends must be an echo chamber, because Trump is doing well statistically among key women demographics.
